Service is horrible, the attitude is so unnecessary. Food is not worth the price. Please avoid this place!

Avoid at all cost, got hard pointy plastic pieces and polythene bag piece in the food, and 5 years old eat it. Luckily adults found the plastic and children’s spit the food. When we call the restaurant, we were told is that all. Yeah go figure!!! If you like crunchy plastic pieces in your food you’ve come to right place.

The absolute worst restaurant in town. I am furious right now. Absolutely furious. This restaurant just messed up my order twice in one night. You cannot make this up.
I ordered Chicken Tempura Bento Box. They sent me Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box. I called them back and told them to send me just a plain order of Chicken Tempura. 45 minutes later I get mixed tempura. Four skinny pieces of chicken tempura and and whole basket of vegetable tempura. I call the restaurant and the guy tells me that all chicken tempura comes with vegetable tempura. I tell him that is not true. I know this is not true because on their menu they have each type of tempura listed… Chicken, shrimp, vegetable, etc. so I ask: so if I order vegetable tempura will it come with chicken? The guy says nothing. Because he realizes im not stupid. Since I paid in cash i am pretty much screwed but next time I order from here I am using my American Express card and I swear to god I am going to decline the purchase if they dont send me what I want. And if I wasnt babysitting my kids I would have gotten in my car, drove down to Aji and threw this plate of garbage at one of them.
The worst. Please do not patronize these people. See my photos if you think im lying.

I get this ordered in every Monday from seamless through my job and my order is always accurate and very good! I usually get the chicken bento box, or cali roll, shrimp tempura roll or salmon roll. This is always my go-​to for lunch. Also, very reasonable prices.

Avoid.
Food = mediocre; overuse of sodium is their original sin
Ambiance = bare bones, no creativity at all
Prices = lower spectrum
Service = poor, verge of disrespectful at times
This was my last resort place for a quick meal once in a blue moon or after a workout at night. Never again. Life’s too short; we deserve much better.
Aji is a take-​out and sit-​down joint. On many previous occasions I have sat down for table service. They have never been friendly and were sometimes on the verge of rudeness. Always wondered what ate these people (no pun, hehe). But hey, it was convenient. On my last visit with a friend we sat down on an uncrowded Sunday night only to wait an unusual time for the waiter/​counter guy to bring us the paper menus. We then waited a longer time while other take out customers came and went. My friend asked the same waiter/​counter guy if he was going to take our order. He then unashamedly, and without showing a pinch of remorse, told us that we had to order at the counter. I nearly popped an O-​ring. My mild mannered friend was to a lesser degree, but nonetheless justifiably, also incensed. I easily mustered up the indignation that was already hitting critical level as I stood up and gave them an earful before other seated customers. No response.
As we left, the sushi chef, only then, briefly looked up at us. He quickly continued his assembly line sushiing under the blaring TV over his head.
The cool night air was refreshing.

Horrible. They never get the order right and then they just hang up on you! They mess up and should say I’m sorry next time we will give you a free roll or come back with the correct order but they don’t. DO NOT bother ordering from them.

This is the first time I used them since I want to use Grub hub. The food quality is ok. I had better Chinese food. Very oily salty. I ordered chicken fried rice and I only got 2 strips of chicken. I will never use them again.

It’s about time we had a decent nearby place to get sushi. It’s not the best sushi I’ve ever had but it’s damn good for a delivery place In a small town. Also I’m sushi spoiled. (Nyc and philly). First time I ate here I went with my dad, a New Yorker and we were very impressed. Fresh raw fish, lots of special rolls they even have rolls without rice and Offer brown rice as an option on every thing. Made to order every time. Nice people. Byob.

Horrible food, no flavor tastes like cardboard. Sushi is not fresh, found a hair in my lunch. But the worse is customer service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Only ordered because coworkers placed an order but not only did they charge us for dinner and send a lunch they did not want to fix their mistake and on top of it they yelled at us and kept hanging up. I do not understand how a business can run like this in america. Throwing out all menus we will not order from them again! Had multiple bad experiences but this time they have pushed the limit

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I must say the food here was ok, the prices were unreasonable and the customer service was extremely poor.
In picking up my order, of a LG Pork fried rice, SM chicken and broccoli with 2 egg rolls for $ 15 the egg rolls were forgotten. I called and was told they couldn’t deliver them (5 blocks) so I had to return to pick them up. I served my family what we had and went back, they were already behind the counter therefore, I knew they would be cold. In asking for fresh ones as a courtesy I was told I would be charged… yet Again! It was an error on their behalf and in no way honored. I would rather drive into North Bergen than give them any future business.

Food is good but the delivery guy pissed me off. The tip is included when you check out online on their website. the delivery guy was arguing with me for a tip.

He still thought i owed him a tip. I gave it to him anyway because I guess he needed it more than me. obviously he isn’t going to last as a delivery driver with that attitude and lack of simple math skills. I won’t be ordering from them again because then the jerk off started cursing at me in chinese on his way out.

The sushi is not good at all. I have tried this place numerous times and this will be the last. Ordered sashimi and the tuna pieces looked brown. My friend ordered another sushi dinner and it was awful. Bad tasting and did not look appealing.

The menu is awesome. One side is Chinese food, the other is Japanese and Thai. BYOB. Very casual dining.

Wow. Food is fresh. This is a hidden gem in secaucus.
On Sunday half price sushi is a steal, the tuna and salmon roll melt in your mouth. The seafood wor bar is too die for. Large 55 niche tv above sushi bar, nice seating and great prices. Check in

Not exactly sure if this is a good or bad thing but literally this food gave me and my associate who ordered delivery from here the runs… either make sure there is a restroom in close proximity or avoid all together…

Horrible Service!!! NEVER GO THERE! They have no proper hot sauce. They took half hour to make 4 rolls of sushi and it was dry (in a weird way) and disgusting!!!

I’m giving this place a 5 because the reviews are awful and although I haven’t had their sushi, every time I have their Chinese food it’s actually pretty good. And this time they delivered it in less than 20 of me ordering.

This place will deff NOT be on the top restaurants to check our or be one of Zagat’s #1 places to eat at… however, on Sundays Sushi is 50% off. The rolls itself are not amazing, but deff not bad.
The yellowtail and jalapeño and spicy kana roll are my favourite, each roll has 6 pcs.
Ive had pretty much everyone, and honestly for $ 2 to $ 4 a roll on a sunday, why the hell not?
My friend has tried fried pork dumplings and she liked them.
Not sure if its BYOB, but I’ve brought a bottle here before.
