I’m a huge fan if Wendy’s so I’m especially disappointed in my visit today. * I blew in about 1 pm and the place was very busy. It took me about 10 minutes to work my way up to the register. No real complaints as the employees were hustling. * My order was taken efficiently and delivered quickly. So far, so good. * The condiment station looked like a bomb had gone off! Dirty napkins, spilled ketchup and assorted debris everywhere. That’s a management problem. * My fries were so over-salted I couldn’t eat them. * The bun on my Single was so dry it detracted from the remainder of the sandwich. I find all of this unusual as I think Wendy’s usually does a fine job. I’ll be back to see if my issues are repeated.

After an exhausting first day on the project, all I wanted was something quick. Wendy’s got it done, other than a long wait but they did tell me that it was for fresh fries. My order was accurate, the gal who took my order was polite and they charged me the correct amount at the drive through. It was A-OK.
