I should have read the reviews on Unilocal.This guy missed the crawl space between the garage and the roof that had damage. He also charged $ 150 for 40 minutes to discuss ambiguities on his report. Has no respect for your time. Shows up when he wants. His overall work is poor.

After a scheduled visit for termite prevention had passed I received a bill right away. The problem was that the work (perimeter termite prevention) wasn’t finished! The treatments stopped at a random place and didn’t continue along the entire section previously agreed upon along the perimeter of the house exposed to soil. I guess they assumed since I was not home to watch they could call it a day whenever they felt like it. Maybe other people pay their bill without checking up on what they’re getting — not me! At least they came back and complete the work — (they wanted their money, which I paid in the end).
