An asian man and his wife. Nice folks though I don’t think the lady proprietess should enter any congeniality contests – let daddy handle that. Good for cleaning and good with a needle and thread should that come up. You will be just a few paces from a slice of pizza or Sebastopol Hardware – both good options if you decide to meander.

Excellent service and kind owners. They gave extra attention to my items and removed the stubborn stains without damaging the materials. I would recommend.

I have been a customer since 2007 and have been completely satisfied! My dress shirts look great, in turn helping me to be my best. I spend time outdoors with my job, so my nice dress shirts take a beating some times, not to worry, Fiesta brings them right back each week! Thank you Fiesta for a job well done!

I have used Fiesta Cleaners for years, and for a wide variety of services. They have done the usual wash/​press for shirts, dry clean my dry clean only cloths, uninstalled, cleaned and re-​installed more drapery than I should admit to owning, pinned and altered clothing, and hand washed couture cotton/​silk Italian clothing that I also should not admit to owning.
I am universally pleased with their work, with the one exception of hemming my fashionably distressed jeans. I didn’t realize that I should say «Yes» when asked if I wanted the original hem resown on. That’s a matter of taste and the perky new hem looked incongruous on the distressed jeans. I did manage to re-​distress the hems myself with my husband’s power tools. Everything else they have done for me has been 100% successful. They are earnest and eager to please small business owners.
As always, when passing off the care of my valued fabric items to someone else I take the time to carefully read the cleaning label with them and together we decide on what is best. I also recognize that there is always a risk that washing/​cleaning will change an item and I accept that risk when I know someone is truly trying their best.

This place destroyed a very expensive wool/​silk sport coat, which came back with all kinds of fuzz and tufts on what had been a very smooth surface. This was the first time I had cleaned that jacket. Then they argued with me that this is how the coat came in to them, and would not so much as de-​fuzz my coat, let alone refund any of the exorbitant charge for their «services.» Very belligerent and unfriendly, incompetent, terrible customer service.
