I give El Coronel a big fat ZERO. I have never dealt with a business that has such terrible customer service and who flat out lied to me as a consumer. I have had a signed contract for quite some time for El Coronel to cater my 50^th Birthday Party on this past Saturday night. I got a call from them at the time they were actually supposed to be arriving telling me that they couldn’t make it as there was a problem with their truck. The call was made from an employee and not the owner or manager. I suggested that they send their other truck and the lady I spoke to said they were already loaded up and on their way. This was a lie. An hour later I called back again and spoke to another lady in their restaurant and she said there is nothing they could do and she would have the manager call me, which never happened. I asked this employee if they could at least deliver the food instead of having the truck be there for catering and she said they could not even do that. I asked for them to at least deliver appetizers until I could figure out how to feed 100 people, and they would not do that either. Finally I got a call form the owner and all he could do for me was say he was sorry. He wouldn’t deliver any food or provide appetizers or anything All I got was a big fat Sorry we cant help you.
I will never do business with this establishment again, nor will the 100 people at my party who didn’t get fed until 8:30 in the evening. Thank goodness for Mary’s Pizza on Summerfield Road in Santa Rosa.
Mr. El Coronel~ If I treated my customers the way you treated me I would be out of business. I have tried calling today to get my deposit back from you and you wont even pick up your cell phone. REALLY!
