Zoe is awesome. I pulled my back muscle in the morning. Called her to schedule for an appointment. Without any hesitation, she made herself available at the time that was later than her usual schedule. Now the back is feeling much much better. Thanks to her. She knows what she is doing and you would feel relax after a massage with her.

Zoe is a highly skilled, sensitive therapist. Her style is deliberate and never rushed, allowing me to relax into it as she gently reaches deeper layers of tension. I usually request that she incorporate a bit of her myofascial treatment work, which I love! She has studied under the mentorship of well-​respected local bodyworker Dawn Schmidt to master a style of bodywork that seems to blend myofascial release with Cranio-​Sacral unwinding. This amazing approach allows my nervous system to relax on a much deeper level than with Swedish massage, and it is also very effective; when she was working work at my feet, I felt a gradual deep release that extended all the way into my abdomen! Whether you receive more Swedish massage or myofascial bodywork, Zoe is a fabulous massage therapist to work with.

Thank you again Zoe for the most amazing massage! In my opinion, she is the best there is! Zoe has to be the most technically skilled massage therapist I’ve ever been to and she has such a warm and giving nature. I have a busy and very physically demanding job and every time I leave a session with Zoe, I feel the physical pain and tension and emotional stress are lifted. All I can say is I just feel like a different person when I leave. I just feel zen.
