So I’m one of those Nissan Leaf drivers that can only travel 100 miles and then my car is dead. It’s been a struggle getting where I need to go with this car but I believe in protecting the environment. Most Walgreens I’ve visited are very accommodating when it comes to charging my car(I always make a purchase). But in this particular case, I was very low so I went to shop and pick up some food. When I got back, I had a $ 73 ticket(from Diamond Parking) for parking an hour in their lot. To be fair, they did have signs posted that you’re only allowed to park for 30 minutes but I feel $ 73 for ½ an hour is a bit much. I had to park in an adjacent spot because a truck was parked in the EV spot. I do appreciate Walgreens contribution to EV drivers but I won’t be stopping by this location anytime soon.
