These guys have been my dry cleaners of choice for the last 5 years. They are reasonably priced, have a quick turn around, and I have never had any issues with my clothes. I have also had them do a few small alterations and repairs and am always pleased with the work.

I took a dress there to get altered and the woman printed out the ticket to be done on a Thursday. I specifically requested I needed it done the day before and she agreed. When I came to pick it up it wasn’t even in the store, the person that does the alterations took the clothes home with her. I had a flight to catch the next morning with the dress and all the woman at the counter could say was, ‘Not my problem’. I will NEVER go here again.

Took my clothes here because it was convenient… never again. The clothes came back and were CLEARLY never cleaned. By the time I noticed it, it was too late to take them back, but I will never use them again. It was not just one item but TWO and both had the exact same marks on them that they had on them when I took them in (not stains but marks that came out when I took them to a different dry cleaner), this place clearly pressed the items and hung them up… no cleaning involved!

The only reason I continue to use this place is that they are conveniently located to where I live and work, are reasonably priced, and cordial.
They do a good job on basic cleaning for the most part, but I’ve had a very bad taste in my mouth since they lost (yes, LOST) a pair of trousers belonging to my $ 3,200 Versace suit –and refused to replace them, or reimburse me.
A bit of warning: 1.) do NOT take expensive items here, 2.) get a count of ALL the things you drop off; 3.) don’t have them sew up holes in sweaters (they don’t do a good job); And 4.) recheck to make sure the items your receive back, are the same items you dropped off while you’re there, not when you get home.
I really feel bad about the two stars, but hey, I’d add two more in exchange for my lost trousers!
