I frequent this location at least 2x a week as it is very close to my work. Sadly, Debbie the lady regularly at the counter is very unhelpful. I am sorry I do not know the ins and outs of exactly what forms I need filled out but this is no reason to make me feel incompetent. A simple smile and «please just fill this out and I will be able to help you» is all I am asking for. What i received was «well your going to have to go over there to fill this out» i said yes thats fine can i have a pen «well your going to have to move over there». This is so un-​necessary and rude I will be trying to avoid this location.
