Let’s get one thing straight: YOU are responsible for planning your rental times. $ 19.95 is a base rate. You still have to pay for mileage/gas and damages. You’re easily looking at $ 30 – 50 for a few hours of rental. I gave it a 3 because I want to be fair and honest. The service is straightforward, and if you play by the rules it’s not a bad experience.

If it weren’t for the fact that this place is so conveniently down the street from my place I would have never come here. I had to pick up a large number of packing supplies and boxes for my boyfriend and had my stops all strategically lined up so I would have to drive all over the place. My biggest complaint is the fact I came in at about 12-ish and there was a note on the window stating that the manager would be back at 2pm. Seriously? There was none else around so I could get a box? I’ve rented U-haul trucks before and this would be a serious hassel if you came to pick up your truck and have none there. Soooo that left me with a few hours to kill. Great inconvenience. I later came back and was able to get a few boxes which were a major hassel trying to get into my car by myself. No help whatsoever from the manager guy, even as its raining and already getting all over the boxes. Instead I struggled to jam in what I could. At least this place takes Amex.

Sucks. Stay away. Everyone knows moving is a big pain in the butt — well they don’t making your moving experience any easier in any way. The guy who manages it isn’t very friendly or helpful. For example, it really doesn’t make any sense that your only availability to pick up a cargo van at 4:15PM, have an office close at 5PM and not have an over night drop off. It doesn’t help those who have work the next morning to have their office open at 9AM and the latest you can return the rented vehicle is at 11AM during work hours. Moral of the story, stay away from this location. Big inconvenience!
