I went here on my way back to the office during the lunch hour and wanted something quick. I decided to get the sweet & spicy eggplant. I didn’t have to wait too long, about 5 minutes before i got the food. I got back to the office to see that the eggplant was swimming in oil! The food seemed a bit too salty too… two thumbs down for the eggplant but I guess the salad and peanut sauce wasn’t bad. I probably won’t go back again.

Just ate there again and had the green bean delight with chicken. I eat a lot of Thai food and this has got to be one of the best food trucks in Seattle. The beans were cooked perfectly and the sauce was just right. Lots of layers of flavors. The only downside is that they make too much food, but most of the food trucks do. I would gladly pay $ 7 for ¾ of the amount of food…

Was excited to see a Thai Food Truck… so had to try it out. There were some good-sounding foods on the menu, but decided to try the Thai Fried Rice; I have to try the fried rice out at every Thai restaurant I go to. Compared to other food trucks, the wait for the food didn’t seem as long. The fried rice wasn’t too bad… the texture was good, not mushy, and I felt it could use a little more flavor. But I will definitely try some more items on their menu when the food truck comes around again.

The curry was a little watery and too sweet for my liking, but the pad see ew was satisfying! You can choose between tofu and chicken for the pad see ew and the spice level(mild or spicy). I chose the mild, but it still had a pleasant kick of pepper! Overall, the service is friendly and the prices are fair(under $ 10).

This food truck is parked in Bellevue on Mondays. I went for it because it had the shortest line compared to the two other trucks. I got the pork special with screwed shrimp($ 11). The nice thing is that this place gives you the order piping hot. So you can walk to your office and the food will still be warm. The order came with salad and rice. The pork was not very flavorful. The salad dressing tasted just alright. The rice was a bit sticky for my taste. The shrimps had no color but was cooked through. Overall, a very average Thai place.

Decided to try his new food truck by amazon and was so disappointed in food. I got pad Thai and all it had was noodles and some chicken. No sprouts, no peanuts, no green onions. The sauce was way too sweet and not flavorful. Hopefully, they can improve because people will go to other food trucks that are way better.

Harry likes it! Another food truck I’m happy to support and eat. They stopped by and I got the red curry meal… come with either chicken or tofu, salad with peanut dressing, and a scoop of rice. The portion was definitely worth the money and the curry was definitely yummy! My only thing, not so much complaint, is that the curry was just slightly a little too watery, but I guess if you’re working out of a food truck, you don’t really get to sit there and reduce it down all day. It’s good. You should buy it, with your money. :)
