As someone who enjoys cupcakes and/or generally seeing people smile on birthdays, I would never recommend anyone order from this place. Impossible to get a hold of, don’t respond to online, e-mail, or telephone orders. Have had their cupcakes once and wouldn’t ever recommend them given how arsed the customer service and the dismal quality.

So I’m not sure if it’s just this location but I didn’t think Trophy Cupcakes were that good. I have see them before while just searching the web for what I don’t remember and they came up again while I was on The website Utrip. I figured I would give them a try, but they were a little disappointing. My husband and I ordered 3 cupcakes which are as follows: Red Velvet, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Lemon Drop. I absolutely love anything Red Velvet and am very picky about my red velvet desserts bc most ppl especially cupcakes places can’t get it right. Well this place was basically in the norm group and didn’t get it right. You could taste a slight taste of food coloring and it was a little on the dry side. It didn’t have the proper Red Velvet taste. It didn’t have really any hint of chocolate flavor. The cream cheese was creamy but had a lemony taste. I like classic cream cheese. You could tell they put lemon in theirs. I just didn’t care for this one really. The Strawberry Cheesecake one was good, and the best out of the 3 we tried. It had a mixture of cake and cheesecake mixed together with a strawberry filling center. It also had a small layer of crust at the bottom. The Lemon Drop cupcake was ok. It wasn’t super moist but it wasn’t dry. It was in the middle but a few more minutes in the oven it would have been dry. It had a lemon buttercream icing. It was decent. I personally am not a fan of buttercream icing. I like cream cheese on my cupcakes. Overall, I have had better cupcakes before and these were nothing special. It wasn’t like ooohhh I want to stop by Trophy to get some cupcakes. It’s more like ok I’ve tried them. Next!

I love trophy cupcakes. Had them at my wedding and my son’s birthday. So I was really excited when they added this location since I work downtown. However it’s a bit out of the way for me so I have managed to swing by maybe three times in the last year. And there is NEVER anyone there! Every time I go there is a sign that says ‘Back in 5 mins’ and a couple times I waited 5 mins turned into 15 mins then I just left. So frustrating. I just want a simple cupcake — how hard can it be? My friend just confirmed she’s had the same experience. Don’t have a shop if you can’t staff it. :-(

Don’t go to Pacific Place often, but my little family and I do we always make sure to stop by since they are there to serve. Besides let’s face it their cupcakes are amazing: moist, fluffy, smells fabulous, always a variety and always friendly service. Easy service and sweet fix! Worth stopping by!

Yummy, these cupcakes are delicious! Definitely stop by if you want a treat :) My favorite flavors are the Neapolitan cupcakes and the Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes!

Oh trophy how I love you! This isn’t my favorite location but mostly because I don’t go to pacific place often. And unless already in the area not gonna make a special trip. The cupcakes are just as good as the other locations! I went right before close and they had a very slim selection of flavors so I would recommend if you are picky in flavors get there earlier in the day. I don’t mind because I love basically all cupcakes.

Thanks for replying but I’m going to have to disagree. I saw plenty of couples get two cupcakes, one for each person, and pay for it in one transaction.

I’m not really a cupcake person, but trophy cupcakes are definitely a treat. Their red velvet cupcake is pretty good, but my favorite is the salted caramel cupcake. The chocolate cake is so moist and chocolate-y. So good. And the salted caramel on top is perfection. I’m craving it as I’m typing this review. I love that you can preorder, and they make mini cupcakes too, which is more forgiving on my waist line.

I love Trophy Cupcakes! The Lemon and Red Velvet are awesome. I just wish they were a little less expensive, but they are a great treat if you are shopping downtown.

My daughter turned 31 on 02⁄16 and rather than doing the cake thing I decided to get cupcakes from Trophy instead. I selected the salty caramel and red velvet cupcakes. My daughter said that nobody beats Trophy on cupcakes, nobody! The woman who helped me at the U Village location was a complete sweetie. And now I know where to go for delectable cupcakes made by folks who genuinely care about the quality of their baked goods. Sure it is an indulgence but if you are going to indulge… why not go for top notch quality goods?

Very blah — red velvet cupcake was seemingly flavorless. Texture ok, but it was like red food coloring added to bland mix! Nothing great about all the frosting, either! Totally not worth the calories. Such a disappointment!

This is my second favorite cupcake spot in town. The location inside of Pacific Place is very convenient if you’re here shopping or just want to pop over from another spot downtown. This location is just a stand so they may not have a full selection, but the cupcakes are quite tasty. I also like that they rotate flavors to have seasonal specials. My favorite ever from here was the Blueberry Pie Cupcake that had a crust on the bottom and a delicious blueberry filling.

I love Trophy Cupcakes! I don’t like chocolate much but the chocolate cupcakes here are to die for. The place doesn’t look very attractive and the staff is somehow always gone for some time, but the staffs are friendly. I always get chocolate vanilla and chocolate white chocolate, which I haven’t seen lately :(

I cant give anything hugher because the packaging used by trophy is crap. Bought 2 cupcakes got home and both had flipped over. One slide around coating the interior box with frosting. Frosting is my fav part… wsy to fail Trophy. Cake was good. Frosting was tasty. Eat it there dont rely on there packaging.

Not the best cupcakes in town, they are ok, but just not exploding with flavor.

I want to update my review because of the great customer service Trophy has. Even though I didn’t have a receipt for my hairy cupcake, they still made it right and gave me a refund. I really appreciate this, and has restored my faith! I will continue to get beautiful cupcakes for gifts.

I want to start by saying that I am a huge fan of trophy cupcakes and usually frequent their main location in Wallingford. For my husbands birthday I wanted to stop by and drop off a cupcake and trophy had this location downtown which was closer to his work so I decided to give it a go. The stand is located on the 3rd floor of Pacific Place and has most of the regular options the main store would have. If you need a quick cupcake this place will do but if you want the true experience go to the Wallingford location which was cupcake decorations, coffee options and the option to eat the cupcake at the shop. This mall location is more of a grab and go. For what it is it’s fine. I do think Trophy Cupcakes are the best cupcakes in the city but this location was just okay.

3 star cupcake that was kind of dry and nothing special. Just a stand in the mall by escalator and not sure if they have storefront location but they need to step up if they hope to compete with the Sprinkles chain. My first bite pretty much made the cupcake fall apart which normally means DRY. Better than I could make at home but if I’m paying almost $ 4, I expect you to step up.
