Marco arrived early to set up. He was great — he helped fix a previously bad haircut from another salon. It’s a great service!

I had a Tousled stylist meet me at my work space. The stylist brought everything he needed and when he was done cleaning up at the end you couldn’t tell he was even there. It was a great hair cut and I can’t even imagine a more convenient way to get that chore taken care of. I will definitely be getting Tousled again.

My husband usually takes the kids and they go to rudy’s for haircuts. With sports schedules in the evenings, they have a hard time fitting it in and the lines for any barber on the weekends are an added annoyance. I heard about the haircutter coming to you and thought I’d give it a try. A fabulous woman came to the house, in the middle of Seattle, at rush hour, on a rainy Friday. Not only did she have a great and easy personality, she was an excellent stylist. Their haircuts were WAAAAAAAAY better than the usual ones they got at the barber. She used scissors, ciippers, added texture, took out weight — all kinds of things the guys in my family didn’t even know could be done with hair. She was very professional, but didn’t even mind when the pizza man came, that the football game was on or that we were going about our business when she was cutting. Excellent product, amazing service, convenient and luxurious. I don’t think my guys will be at a barber again. A++++

I had Julia come to my house to do my makeup. She’s done my makeup before, but having it done in my home was new to me. She brought everything she needed and it was so nice to not have to go out into a rainy cold night freshly made up. Scheduling was a breeze. One nice touch was that they ask for photos that show what you’re after. It helped me think about it and gave the stylist a good sense of what I was after. All and all, the experience was fantastic! I use the service to get a haircut, without leaving my apartment during rush hours. Better still, the stylist I usually go to is available on Tousled: not only do I get a benefit of guarantied service, which can be booked on the web — I also get my stylist!
And the stylist said its better for her too — she’s getting a better commission.
I think it’s the best technology solution for on-​demand/​on-​location services in Seattle yet!
