Sorry to do this as it is near my house and I was hoping that it was going to be a nice hidden secret, but I was pretty underwhelmed. Called for an appointment earlier in the day but she had another client when I showed up on time for it. She left me waiting 45 minutes in the really uncomfortable pedicure chair where you have to keep the massage on otherwise there’s a giant gap down the center of the seat back that sucks you in up against the hard inner pieces on the sides.
So no such thing as an appointment here, and the pedicure equipment is subpar. And when she got started, the tools didn’t come out of any of those sealed packages that prove they’ve been sanitized — I probably should have walked out at that point. The cleanliness was definitely questionable in other ways as well. And in the end she did a really sloppy job on my shellac manicure, likely because we were both pretty anxious to get out of there as it was past her closing time and I’d be there nearly 2 hours.
To add insult to injury, it was freezing cold in the place and the space heater is turned straight on the clients so you end up with a burning leg and frozen everywhere else. Sorry, but you’re better off paying a bit more for better service and more comfortable atmosphere.

I really hate to give a one star cause it’s not deserved. Went to get my nails done less than 1 wk ago, and I have not had this bad of a nail fill in YEARS. Already lifting, way too thick. French tip had only one coat applied and then she started to clean up the white tip before a second coat was applied. Then applied the second coat After Who does that. The white tip is chipping off already. So very disappointed. Before settling for the white tip, I asked for colored sparkly light pink. She put it on thick, sloppy coat looking like a toddler applied it, and proceeded to put on a clear finishing coat. I lost it at that point. I asked her if she has ever painted on colored tips before. I told her I didn’t like it, it looked terrible and to put on white tip. I even tipped big. I normally do not leave reviews, but in this case, I must inform others to avoid this nail salon. She is really that bad.

my fill lasted 3 weeks and it was still solid.
i want to recommend it but then i have to share this little gem.
fantastic quality, and the lady that works there is great.
