would NOT go back to these folks.
botched two out of two jobs. first one they recut, (they had measured it incorrectly). second time they won’t fix it, or even return calls. now i have a $ 300+ problem, which i can eat or pass on to my customer. but i wouldn’t because i ALWAYS back my customers. always. just like any good business, except… oh, yeah, tom macintosh glass, co.

They did a window for us and a large piece of table top glass. Both transactions went really well. I love that they are local Ballard folks. No pretensions and great prices. Everyone I dealt with was very honest, nice, and down to earth. I will definitely use them again for my glass needs.

These guys were a pleasure to work with! I was house sitting when one of the tracks on a window of the house broke. This was the only company in Seattle that even had knowledge and the ability to acquire the part that was needed. I coordinated with the home owner, and Tom McIntosh Glass ordered the part from the East Coast. When it arrived they were quick to install it at a very fair price!
They were wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
