Timber Lines Construction and Remodel

We hired Matt and Ken to completely redesign and remodel the 2^nd floor of our house. What we ended up with was more than we could have ever wished for. Matt listened to what we wanted and responded. He explained the pros and cons of different options. We had no idea what was possible but Matt saw the potential and encouraged us to consider «outside the box» options that end up working really well for us and leaves us the flexibility to change as our situation changes. He took our ceilings from about 6′ 5″ to over 9′.
My husband and I both work from home so it was important that Matt kept us informed of the schedule so that we would know when there would be excessive noise or other distractions. All of Matt’s employees and sub contractors were polite and friendly. I very much enjoyed having them here. Ken even got the meow of approval from our cats!
Matt is creative and resourceful and so easy to work with. He is communicative and prompt. We have 2 additional projects in the wings that we will definitely look to Timber Lines to do for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is long overdue. We hired Matt and his crew to do a small repair on our house that involved closing an old garage door, filling in the foundation with concrete, repairing the siding on the exterior of the house, and filling in an old concrete stairwell that led to the old door. With a small child and a rambunctious dog running around our yard, we were concerned about the safety hazard the old stairway represented. Matt’s team did such an outstanding job that I hired him to do the tenant improvements in my psychology office in Fremont. The deadline was tight and complex. I used high-​end materials and needed the finish work to match my vision for creating a sanctuary for my clients. Matt and his team did a magnificent job, delivering the project on time and on budget. I love coming to work every day in the space we created together. I couldn’t be more pleased. My wife and I will certainly be hiring Matt for future remodeling projects at our home. He is a rare find: total integrity, excellent quality, professionalism through and through, and a team of subs who carry his reputation through to a T. Bravo, Matt and Timber Lines Construction!

Matt Karlstrom and Timber Lines Construction just finished renovating our bathroom, and the end product was exactly what we wanted — they did beautiful work! They offered good guidance in the planning stages, were neat and efficient during construction, and really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy throughout the project.
