The Willows

Great location in Lake City: close to several restaurants, banks, shops, the post office and a library. Cornell and Associates is a great management company and attentive to repair needs, I would definitely rent with them again. The only thing about the Willows that was a problem for me, two actually, was the loud bathroom fan from the apartment below that reverberated through the walls (loud enough to wake me, or just about anyone), and also, in the summer, the top floor gets really, really hot and you definitely need an air conditioner.
Very nice and cozy apartment, I have some good memories there. They have parking for each tenant, and it is especially nice to be able to walk to the various businesses only a block or two away. Rents have gone up since I was there, but I suppose that is the norm now. I moved out only because a larger apartment came up for less money. I hope they don’t keep the rents too high, though.
