The Oregon Apartments

I lived at The Oregon between August, 2012 & August, 2013. There is a lot to like about it. The location is great (minus the struggle to find consistent parking), size of the apartments and affordable rent. Things weren’t always great during my year there but what really matters is the response that you get from management when you have an issue. I really have to say that Fernando Sanchez, the building manager is one of the best you could have! Without going into detail, he really stepped up quite a few times during my year there with outstanding service. Any issues that i did have were handled promptly and he always followed through. You don’t often find this level of service from building managers in my experience.
