The Night Owl Lounge

How often is it that you find a place that has full menu and open 24 hours… It’s rare. Not only is it open this place is chic. We came in when they are cleaning the kitchen so unfortunately no hot foods only cold food and sandwiches but they were tasty. I had to kick off the mustards on 2 of e dishes BC I don’t like them and I forgot to read the description. But the seared tuna and bruchetta were yummie. Definitely would come back and try the hot plates.

I came here on late on the last hours of Labor Day. I was meeting up with a friend. The host was very friendly and sat us down immediately. They only serve sandwiches and salads at night. Our server (I feel AWFUL that I didn’t get his name) was a chipper, and suggested another place in case this isn’t what I wanted. He was very nice. We opted to stay, and got hot tea and raspberry sorbet ice cream. The seatings are spacious, but I do feel far from the person I’m talking to. The place was very dark, but our server immediately adjusted the lighting. I would suggest this place for anyone that’s looking to eat at a place late at night. :)

I am sitting in the restaurant at this very moment as I write this review. I should mention that’s I’ve been here before and the eggs bene is good but I do not care one bit if my food is good or bad tonight because our server, Gabrielle, is amazing. Friendly and not only knowledgeable about the menu but honest. Super cool. Two thumbs up and five stars all day. Xo

Classy lounge inside the 13 Coins restaurant. Complete with leather chairs, a fire place, original black n white photos from their grand opening back in the 60’s AND live music Fri n Sat nights.
The staff is hands down killer people. After 2am the patrons can be a little obnoxious tho sadly. It’d be nice if management would flex their right to refuse service a little more often at that time.
I come here a couple times a week tho when I’m in town.

Great atmosphere. Very dark and fun. Every weekend there’s a band from 9:30 — 1:30am.
The bartenders and cocktailers are very friendly and attentive.
They have happy hour from 4 – 6 daily and 10pm-​last call.
A good cocktail list and a full bar!
Fun place to enjoy music and food if u want.

I could see the sign on the building from my room at the Pan Pacific…13 Coins Restaurant-​Next Left. I suggested to my friend that we eat there after the Tower of Power show. He said it sounded like a plan…
We ate in the Night Owl Lounge instead of in the restaurant as there was no wait… immediate seating, and live music.
We sat at a table against the wall… and I literally sunk onto my chair… but this may have to do with having pre-​functioned most of the afternoon before the Tower of Power show at Jazz Alley.
Our waitress was attentive, but when she said «I will make your beers in a sec…» I replied that she would have to go to Belgium (we were drinking Stella), I don’t think she got my joke…
The French Dip I ordered was awesome, a good sized sandwich… lots of meat… and good au jus. The fries were fries, but overall I would give it the thumbs up.
I have eaten at the 13 Coins at SeaTac a few times in the last few years, and have enjoyed my dining experience. I haven’t eaten at this location since I was in high school (that was in the 20^th century), but I will probably come back sometime when I stay in the neighborhood.

Terriffic bar inside late night legend 13 Coins restaurant, with a locals feel and sturdy weekend music featuring mostly guitarists playing rock standards, blues and jazz.
The room isn’t quite posh or swank, but close. Lets call it stylish mauve. Its very comfortable, they offer food from the 13 Coins kitchen. The pricing is fair, the people are fun and there’s a chummy camaraderie you don’t find often in this type of place.
Bryan is the barkeep who kept me out way too late. He’s good, very professional yet suitably affable.
I will definitely return!
TIP: Great place for small groups, the seating is arranged nicely for 6 – 8, the edges are more private and encourage more intimate conversation and canoodling.
