Moon Paper Tent’s art camps have a good balance of art-making skills(very much age-appropriate) and physical activity(the Maple Leaf playground is across the street). Prices are reasonable, and while the staff is low-key and space small, it’s a safe, well-organized place that keeps kids engaged through creativity. My daughter loves it, and I very much appreciate the staff’s fast response to emails and calls(their online registration is a bit quirky) and clarity about what will be occurring when. Overall, one of the best summer /holiday camp providers I’ve encountered. We’ll be back.

I went there for a 4 year old’s birthday. The small space is transformed using imagination, props, and amazing art work. The people who worked there were completely engaged with the kids and did face painting and imagination adventures. I think the price was right as well. A great alternative for a fun play space for kid’s birthdays — especially for rainy Seattle.

Attended a birthday party for a 4 year old girl and it was a great experience for kids age 3 — 5 because the kids were taken on an adventure as explorers and they can use their imagination. Most chose to be Butterfly Fairy Princesses, of course! As an adult, my enjoyment came from watching how excited they were. They had their face painted, played dress up, and developed a storyline of helping an unicorn find it’s horn. My kid had so much fun that she even dreamed of fairies that night! You can only imagine…
