The Garden House

It really saddens me that I have to give two stars. Everything about this place is wonderful except for the communication between the house coordinator. The price is very fair and the grounds are well manicured. I looked forward to telling friends and family about the location, but based the poor communication and customer service, I do not recommend venue.
Issue 1 — Trying to view venue before event
You are only able to view the event space if coordinator/​members have time to show. I had to repeatedly ask for times to see venue for planning.
Issue 2 — Poor communication/​customer service
Coordinator did not any point seem accommodating or happy for us to rent space. Small errors on our end would result in curt emails from coordinator. We were told we could have venue for a certain time period and coordinator repeatedly went back on what was said in prior communication.
I think it would be best if they hired someone to deal with the renting aspects of house. Coordinator does not have the time/​customer service to perform role adequately.
