I’ve been taking agility classes with Sarah for the last three years, and I love getting the chance to work with my dog and learn to navigate the courses together. She always knows when I need a little push and when either I or my dog need to take a break, and I appreciate that she runs her classes with a sense of humor. She always advocates for the dogs in her classes, and it’s important for me to know that my dog’s well-being trumps everything else. She’s the best!

Sarah is fantastic! I have not taken private lessons with her, but I have taken 3 of her group classes with my dog and absolutely loved them. She is very knowledgeable and just plain loves and understands dogs. Highly recommend for any behavior issues you are having! Chances are she’ll be able to help you and your dog tremendously. I have an older, cautious and somewhat anxious Australian Cattle Dog that we rescued, and Sarah’s classes really helped to build Sid’s confidence and give me a better understanding of how to deal with problem behaviors without corrections. She does all positive, reward-based training so your dog learns to trust you rather than fear you. Love it! And my dog loves her – everyone loves the cookie lady that helps their human understand them better!

Sarah has helped us manage our wild animal, and taught us to use her talents for good instead of evil! Her positive, rewards-based methods, true love of dogs & owners, confidence in the methods, and patience, are the main reasons why we are enjoying living with our Junebug so much. Sarah understands creating rewarding relationships between dogs and their humans. She has also helped us to manage our new pup, Archer. AfteR months, I can finally take him on short walks and his reactions to other dogs is now just a few concerned barks. It used to be constant, high-pitched yipping the second we exited the house. Most of all, Sarah really just helps us humans to understand and accept our animals for who they are. Thank you for all you’ve done!
