The stuff at the front desk are pretty rude. especially the manager. I expected a more friendly treatment and welcomed rather than a unfriendly treatment right at the front desk before my long fight. There are serval lounges in Sea-Tac, treat your customer with a respect to stay competitive.

Offers a nice place to rest and relax while waiting for your flight. I visited the lounge located by the S gate. Very convenient for the early morning flights from SEA to HNL flights that depart from the S gates. Bathrooms are clean, limited selection of soup, cookies, chips and other packaged snacks. Lounge has computers for your convenience. I like the convenience of dropping in before boarding my early morning flight back home to Honolulu. Bathroom run, fast grab and go snacks to take in the Hawaiian Airlines flight departing from S gate. Front desk staff not as friendly as the American Express Centurion Studio.

They repurposed the old delta lounge. Same exact layout and it’s quite small. It’s packed on most days. Decent snack offering but feel quite claustrophobic.

I’d give this more like 4.5, but I will round up here and give it a 5 star. Been here a few times now. Free entry with my Priority Pass membership that comes with my Citi card, and always found it quiet and comfortable, and great less crowded alternative to the AS Board Room. Always have some soup, little bites, coffee machine, and my favourite which is the Tillamook cheese. Full bar, nothing fancy in that regards but good enough. Only minor gripes would be that I wish they would have some more Nothwesty beers and since this lounge is way at the end of A gates.

35 $ day pass and you get alcohol some kind. Never trust review written by alcohol lovers unless it’s really about ‘their’ bars You can’t relax in the place. There’s no quiet space(even people are not talking) I was looking for place to relax and rest up a bit This place is nothing but serving bird food(trail mix) & limited selection of alcohol. No reclining chairs, No quiet area Kids everywhere :( Individual sitting chair offer no more comfort than chairs by the gate/boarding area I’d rather pay more for quality & comfort than sit around with kids who’s parent just want to have expensive $ 35 drinks using that as an excuse.

The Club @ SEA is money! Nice bar with premium liquor, beer and wine and a good selection of canned and bottled soft drinks and juices. The food is less impressive but nice to have indiv wrapped cookies and chips. Was not too crowded on a Monday afternoon. Convenient to A-gates(United).

Staffs are friendly and professional. The snack sections are better than other lounges. Will come here again.

This review is for the Club at gate A11. It’s a little further away from the security check point, however, this is a very nice club with a large area, friendly staff, wide selection of chips, snacks, refreshments, they also has soup of the date along with real bread and high end bubble water, I had enjoyed a glass of mimosa, while my two daughters enjoyed their bowl of soup with wheat bread. The best is, they provide a complementary airport cart ride to your departure gate! Our family love this lounge.

The Club at SEA, formerly Club Cascade, may be my new go-to lounge at Sea-Tac. There are two«The Club at SEA» lounges at SeaTac: in concourse A(by gate 11 — where I’m at now) and in South Satellite. The Club in concourse A is a bit of a walk away and because it’s at the end of A concourse, the Club isn’t that busy. Once you’re there, a day pass costs $ 35 and they offer access to all passengers, so it’s not exclusive to one airline(which means if you have ticketing/flight issues you need to see an agent outside the club). The Club doesn’t require an annual membership fee, but if you have Priority Pass, Diners Club International, or Lounge Club, you can present your membership card to gain access. Now, if you’re an experienced international traveler, know that The Club at SEA is your typical domestic lounge without the luxuries of a club like Cathay’s The Wing or Etihad’s Diamond First Class Lounge! However, you can still enjoy complimentary simple snacks and drinks(I just had a bowl of tasty clam chowder, bread and San Pellegrino… or you can bring food into the lounge), alcoholic beverages, free Internet and Wi-Fi access. There are workstations and a conference room for last minute business or you can read newspapers or watch TV, or simply relax while you wait to board your flight. The Club also has locations at ATL, CVG, DFW, LAS, PHX, or SJC. 5 stars for the Club at SEA because it’s a quiet space without a lot of people and offers simple amenties like food, drink, and Wi-Fi. Treat yourself before or after your flight and visit the Club at SEA.
