I was recommended to a doctor here for a broken finger — won’t name names — by the ER physician. Rushed there so I could be on time. Waited 30 min and saw the doctor saunter into the office — I can’t believe he wasn’t even THERE. They call us in 5 minutes later. Not a good first impression. The guy was nice enough, but the problem was he couldn’t give a definitive answer as to what we should do. He said it might grow back normally, it might now — might have to get surgery. The finger might be infected — probably wasn’t, but if it was we’d be in big trouble(sounded a bit like a scare tactic to get us to do surgery). He ended with — «You’re a mom — you’ve got mom instincts, you’ll make the right decision.» Well, if that were true, I wouldn’t be in the your office right now! Anyway, left the office thinking I’d definitely need a second opinion. Follow-up — did go somewhere else for a second opinion where they did know what they were talking about and everything worked out. Recommendation — Don’t go here.

I take my mother-in-law here every month. She is first generation and she loves the service she receives. The facility is very nice, efficient, and very clean. Being that it’s next to University of Washington, it’s nice that the have their own parking facility. I definitely recommend this place for rehab.
