One of the best Thai Restaurants in the Seattle Area. Their traditional pad thai is delicious. I haven’t been there during rush hour so I’m not sure about how the service is when crowded.

Went in for take out. Ordered the laarb. Was unimpressed with very rude service. Salad was iceberg lettuce with 2 table spoons of chicken and a cup of an unidentifiable deep fried tasteless crispy chunks. Never again.

Unfortunately understaffed during peak hours degrades service across the restaurant. Could be a great place with more attention to he details. I hate to see staff running around with a ton of anxiety during a modest business evening. Not fair to them.

The food is fine. Will hit the spot if you’re craving Thai food. The prices are a rip off though. I ordered red curry for $ 10.50 for takeout, and discovered upon arrival that it didn’t come with rice. You have to ask and pay extra for rice. I’m not sure if it’s expected to eat their curry as soup(it’s very thin in consistency), but if so, I’ve never seen curry served without rice or na’an. Anyway, I was not happy paying $ 12.00 for curry with rice. With so many Thai places in Seattle(and three others within one mile of Thai Fusion), I certainly won’t be back.

Tried to order pick up through Unilocal. It said the order was sent so 25 – 30 minutes later I went to pick up my order. They said they had not received the order but that it would be very quick to make. I tried to explain to them that I made the order through Unilocal although I’m sure it some other site they use as the go between. She tried to charge me again when I got there and knowing better I waited there a little while longer. The order never came through although she explained she was new and didn’t quite understand these things. I wait a little bit longer then left so I wouldn’t pay for the same meal twice. I was charged for an order I never received.

Bummed I have to leave a bad review for this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and haven’t had too many problems besides wait staff being unfriendly at times and them never answering the phone for take out during busy hours! Just last week, I ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken and my chicken was very, very undercooked. I didn’t notice until after I ate a couple pieces. I ended up getting food poisoning from it and I don’t think I will be returning to Thai Fusion for a while.

Our book club met here last night and we had great food. We ordered appetizers(crispy wings, spicy beans, spring rolls). Four of us split the broccoli beef with rice noodles & the spicy stir fried rice & the lemon grass chicken. All dishes were hot & flavorful. My only complaint was that there was only one server for the whole place which made us wait for things.

Decent food, a good go-to on a Friday night. Horrific service. Total lack of attention and/or acknowledgment, never answers the phone… they probably be very busy if they got their act together, sadly u never see more than 3 or 4 tables full…

Don’t let the name fool you. This is authentic Thai food cooked by Thai people. Excellent food and drinks.

Wow! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. The customer service is usually pretty good, but this evening, I went in to place a to go order. Two of the waitresses were having a heated discussion about a mistake that had been made. The woman who has been there for quite some time was berating the other woman for whatever had happened. I waited several minutes for them to realize that a customer was standing right there. I finally interrupted and asked if I could place an order. I barely got an acknowledgement, much less an apology for being privy to a conversation that should have happened behind closed doors. The young woman who was apparently in trouble finally turned around and didn’t even bother to make eye contact, she gave me a very terse, «whaddyou want?» Um… nothing, thanks anyway. What I DON’T want is a crappy attitude. There are lots of other Thai restaurants in Seattle. I don’t need to feel like I’m imposing. Won’t be going back.

Great food, great place, easy delivery. Crab fried rice is a hit with the children(and I love it too). Phad See Iew is the perfect comfort food.

We order delivery and have eaten in from Thai Fusion. Inside restaurant is pleasant and fairly well decorated. Service is good. Food overall is fresh and authentic, but could use a bit more flavor, like lime etc., but overall solid. Their Pad Thai is authentic using the hallmark tamarind sauce instead of the borderline Chinese brown sauces that some Inauthentic places use. However, I think the Pad Thai doesn’t use enough lime as it is very bland. I ordered 3-star which is max on Open Table order and it was not hot at all and lacked flavor. Their pineapple fried rice and other rice dishes are excellent. Their hammered noodles or Pad Kee Mao escapes me at the moment but I think it was rather bland too which is why I have been ordering the pad Thai which is better.

Favorite local joint to order thai food from. They hammered noodles are spectacular, the pad thai is great, the curries are thick and flavorful. Service is decent, décor is pretty good, happy hour specials are cool, but I’m all about the food and this is where they shine!

Consistently very good food, if a little on the expensive side for what you get. I hate spicy food so I order 0 stars and it’s always delicious. I live nearby now so it’s my new go-to for dinner, especially on the weekends. Staff are cool and friendly. Their version of phad Thai is one of the best I’ve had since I got back from Thailand(it’s the good kind, not the ketchup-based crap some places do). Their duck was also great, and any noodle dish they have. I haven’t tried any of their«fusion» dishes yet tho. Solid bar, good choices on tap, great modern and clean space.

The hostesses: not entirely rude but not exactly friendly either. I frequent here often because it’s right next to our office. You’d think because they see us so often, we’d be treated with friendliness, but no. Most of the waitresses are, assuming, college students with perhaps little to no service experience. They may not come off with attitude, but you see it on their face. I don’t think I’ve ever been greeted with a smile. Since our office is a mere minute walk away, we order food here very often. I think we’ve ordered everything from the menu. My favorite is the phad see yew. The only complaint I have about that, though, is when we ask for a certain spice star level, it’s never consistent. My coworkers and I have ordered both 2 stars on random occasions and have gotten either extremely mild OR it was too ridiculously spicy for us to even eat, like a 8+ star. The other dishes are just OK to me. The veggie dishes are usually bland and the sauces are often watery.

Narrowly staffed for a busy lunch, the two members of the waitstaff today were clearly overworked or simply indifferent. Ordered the lunch pumpkin curry. It was served with the token«side salad» consisting of a micro portion of greens with a really nice green goddess dressing. It was gone in under 30 seconds. My curry came out fast. Too fast. A small portion of very thin curry which should have been reduced to thicken and condense flavors… The pumpkin is slivered thin to quicken the cooking process. However it was uncooked and still crunchy… Normally with this dish the pumpkin falls apart in the curry thickening it, making it creamy and tasty… Not this dish! The waitstaff was far to busy to check in on me so I quietly slurped the thin curry like a soup. When she stopped by to bus the table I was sure to let her know it was a disappointment… She did not ask if I enjoyed it. She did not care that I didn’t. They up charged me 2 $ for an inadequate portion of sticky rice. And 3 $ for shrimp(4 small sad sorry shrimpy shrimps) a 8 $ lunch ballooned to 16 $ after tax. They hang signs in this joint for people to boycott Unilocal… Claiming that the site has the game rigged… I think they are just afraid people will learn the truth… That this place is subpar with no ambition to provide guests with an experience worth Unilocaling about… So… Thai Fusion seems to be a true fusion of bad service and worse food with a dollop of propaganda! Thank you! next!!!

Got the panang curry to go. Man, never had a more watery panang with just a hint of chicken, peppers and basil. ok, it IS cheap, but there are better Thai places in this neighborhood.

The food was decent. We tried the Thai Basil Fried Rice, Crispy Pork Belly, and the Spicy Garlic Chicken. Some of the portions were small, but we ordered three entrees and my sister doesn’t eat as much as I do, so I was still good. Seems like they have a nice happy hour menu, had thought about giving that a try one day.

How sweet it is!!! Meaning the food is really, really, really sweet. Thai food should have wonderful layers of flavors. The flavor here was sweet layered over bland. Ordered the cucumber salad which turned out to be ¼ cucumber with a few raw peppers and red onion served in sugary syrup. Pad Thai had very little other than noodles and boy do I wish they had actually included a slice of lemon because guess what? It could have used the acid to cut the SWEET. Finally, panang curry had exactly six thin slices of chicken floating in a bland and sweet broth. Would have LOVED to love this place because it’s local and as a fellow small business owner I feel for them having a hard time with poor reviews on Unilocal, but maybe rather than feel victimized by poor Unilocal reviews they should use the feedback to create better, more authentic food and a better dining experience. I definitely cannot recommend this place right now.

came here and had their authentic curry egg noodle and chicken dish was the highlight of the meal. I’ve never tried eggnoodles at a Thai restaurant let alone, a curry dish with egg noodles. This also had pickled veggies so it was a nice change from other curries. next we had a duck over rice with bok choy dish. The duck tasted odd and didn’t have enough meat. The sauce tasted cheap and overly sweet. this was a bust. We did enjoy our trout salad which we previously had discovered at fish cake factory. lots of fish if you get it as an entrée for one. However, we did see them turn away a large group that came in for drinks… even though they had a large bar with empty seats.

Hey, Thai Fusion. You don’t have a crappy Unilocal rating because Unilocal is a corrupt bully. You jave a crappy rating because your wait staff is inattentive and chatting in a corner, and your food is inconsistent in quality. The posted placards you have everywhere whining about Unilocal being big meanies and how we should all boycott them are ridiculous and childish. Unilocal is not«bad for small businesses”— Unilocal brings small businesses business. When they deserve it. So get over it, work harder on your business model, train your damn waitresses, and relax. That said, there was a decent beer selection, the all night Sunday happy hour was fantastic, pretty good quality food, arrived staggered but pretty quickly, and personally I enjoyed the dim lighting. We got fresh rolls, crispy rolls, bacon wrapped shrimp, the mieng khum salad, calamari, and chicken satay skewers. Yes. We pigged out, and I’m pretty sure nothing was more than $ 5. The fresh rolls were ok; tofu and mostly lettuce. The crispy rolls were a big hit, but the bacon wrapped shrimp were rich and weirdly cooked with straight peanut butter as a sauce. Not peanut sauce. Peanut. Butter. The chicken satay, though, was delicious and the salad was my absolute favorite(though it needed a little extra dressing in my opinion). The calamari was a hit, too, though, so all in all the food was a win. I live two blocks away and plan to drop in all the time though, with friends. Now stop your damned whining and address the issues in the bad reviews instead of blaming Unilocal

Stopped by on a Monday night for a late dinner since a fusion Thai sounded better to us than just Thai. As we walked in, two ladies walked out and the restaurant maintained the two customers at a time. Anyway its pretty dark inside even by the window. Looking back, maybe we should have ate up on Queen Anne where you’re not the only ones inside eating. There isn’t much ‘fusion’ about this place, our appetizers were the crab cake sliders, crab cakes on little buns with a tomato slice. Yeah. $ 4 a slider. that was ok. Upon ordering entrees, green curry chicken and beef pad see ew, we were not asked how spicy we wanted our food. The green curry came out spicier than we would have liked, I don’t mind spicier food, but my friend didn’t and wasn’t much meat either. Overall, I thought the food was alright, but the service was very lacking. Slow response for 1 server and 2 customers. Seriously? And I swear I asked her to box my food up, but no boxes came back to me as I paid and walked out.

We came here Sunday afternoon. It was disappointing because the staff was so sweet. Husband ordered chicken fried rice and I got the beef hammered noodles, with a side order of steamed vegetables. Needless to say, I wish I could have loved it but it was just not what I want when I order Thai food. My dish was sour and tangy and husband’s fried rice was sweet. Just flavors we did not expect in thai dishes. Maybe next time happy hour will suit us better.

I get why it got so many low scores. We wet because of the groupon and well service leaves so much to be desired. The food pad see we was super super sweet and the fried rice bland. Spent a lot of time just waiting. I would not recommend it.
