Best. of the Best. of THEBEST! This is hands down the most amazing wine tasting event I have ever been to. Kudos to the organizers! The ticket seemed super expensive, but you get way more than you paid for! Tons of fantastic food — vendors from top restaurants in Seattle — coupled with delicious(and almost countless) wineries to taste from. We went to Sunday last year, it was perfect. We never waited more than a minute for a pour or a sample of food! We’ll be going again with a big group next year!

One of my favorite events of the year! It is. Fantastic place to check out Washington wines that youtube can’t easily get to and pair those tastings with some of the areas best foods! Well laid out and better every year! Looking forward to next year!

The largest single-region food event. So worth it for $ 80. All you can eat and drink. Truly an amazing experience. Too bad it’s only once a year.

Still a great deal at $ 80 for unlimited tastes and bites. MANY delicious foods and wines to try, totally worth it. I found the people to be pouring the wine to be much more friendly and outgoing than in previous years. Really good time. Complaints(because of course I have some): Taste WA makes a program in advance telling you who will be there and what they will be serving. I LOVE this, I love being able to plan in advance who I want to hit up for sips and nibbles when I’m there. Only problem is, the program they give in advance is not accurate. Many places ran out of treats far in advance of the event being over. Yellow Leaf Cupcakes ran out of cupcakes before 3pm(the event started at 2pm… so unless you got a cupcake when the event first started, you were not getting a cupcake). Cone and Steiner was supposed to have chocolate chip cookies… they did not. They gave out PENNYCANDY, things like mints and DumDum suckers(WTF?). Many places did have what they advertised to have, I just thought I’d put it out there that some places were disappointing. I’m a fat person, don’t tell me you are going to have some thing like cupcakes and then not actually provide them. It sends me in to a Hulk like rage. SARAHWANTCUPCAKES!!! Overall, very happy to attend and well worth it. I’ll be back next year and I’ll hit up those cupcakes early on so I don’t miss out.

I wish this event happened more than once each year… I was a little hesitant on spending $ 80/person for a 3 hour event… but I’m sooo glad i did! It’s basically an «all you can drink /eat«event. There were so many wineries and restaurants that I really wish I had more than 3 hours. I did hear that the crowd might be a little bit snooty but I did not experience this at all. Everyone appeared to be very friendly and enjoying themselves. Can’t wait until next year! :)
