My fiancé and worked with Tara to purchase our home in Richmond Beach. We were fortunate to meet Tara at an open house that she was hosting for one of her listings. I can’t express how wonderful Tara was through the entire home buying process. When we finally did make an offer on a house, Tara organized everything for inspections, contractors and had a list of fantastic referrals for mortgage brokers, fence contractors, security system contractors – you name it, she has someone to help. Tara was also extremely timely and responsive.
Bottom line – we have worked with several realtors in the past, and Tara is by far the best.
