I put an order in at 140 AM thru the mobile app. I got there around 150AM and No one was there! So I went to McDonald’s !

I ordered a plain burrito with just beans, and salsa. They charge 50 cents for salsa. It came to $ 4.
Inside was almost nothing. No more than 2 tablespoons of beans, some strands of lettuce and a smear of sour cream. I left hungrier than when I came.
I will never be back. There’s no excuse for this, anyone can spoon out some refried beans, they are the cheapest thing you can serve, yet they will not even do this!!! This is the third time I’ve been ripped of by various Taco Bells around Seattl. bye, Taco Bell.

The person who took our order was super nice. Thumbs up to them. Ordered crunch wrap supreme to go. I live 2 mins away, IF even. Please tell me how it got soggy THAT fast, and there was no lettuce or sour cream on it.
The old lady behind the counter seemed very negative and complained about having to be there. Not very professional lady.

24 minutes after ordering and countless workers saying to others I have already been helped, one approached me and asked to see my receipt. She said «oh my I should be ashamed you’ve been waiting 20 minutes». Yeah at that point I’m no longer hungry and just wanting my money back. Keep the apple pie.

I really got to give this place a shout out because they ALWAYS take great care of me when I go in there and always have the best customer service. Everytime I go in the drive through, I always have really nice and pretty girl serve me with a smile. When I go inside, I can be indecisive but they never rush me and always answer my questions about the menu. They always put out new things, and are always knowledgeable and helpful about what sort of new foods are coming out.
Today I got helped by Ahmed and Chris, and they were definitely two stand-​up guys. They were really nice and got me my order right away — with a smile. This is definitely the spot, and they will take great care of you, and your munchies!

I’m usually not really happy with this Tacobell, I feel like there food isn’t really that fresh. But besides that the customer service is really great they are always happy to take my order. One day a young woman who worked there Ashley I think her name was gave me a drink because I was in the drive through for so long it a was very sweet of her. She is the definition of great customer service!

I’ve come to the conclusion that this place is only really bad during the day. They were understaffed during a lunch rush. Three people working during the lunch rush with the high school kids. They had 9 min drive thru times! One of the shift leaders (an older woman) was making good and taking orders in the drive thru and didn’t change her gloves. It took me 5 minutes to get a bag.
Despite all of this, I know that I just shouldn’t go during the day. The night staff is much friendlier and competent.

I wanted to try their new breakfast menu. Finally another easy, cheap place for fast food breakfast.
Meh. The food was just okay. I guess the breakfast crunchwrap wasn’t bad. Whatever though. I shouldn’t be eating this kinda crap anyway.
Service was to be expected from Toxic Smell. The dude didn’t really seem to know his own menu, took a few minutes to come to the counter and greet me, and he was very short with his order taking tone.
Whatever. It’s Taco Bell. I’m really just doing this to get more reviews under my belt.

I think this taco bell has changed quite a bit since the last few reviews. I just moved up here last July and have had dozens (30 – 40) amazing experiences with this taco bell. I place weird, long vegetarian orders and everything is quick, and done right every single time. Employees are very friendly, though there are certain ones that are slower. The gentleman with the mustache that works nights (I think his name started with an M…) is AMAZING. He makes my night every single time. Give him a raise please! :)
I do have two tips for visitors:
1. Tell them how much sauce you want, they are stingy. I always say «mild and fire, 10 of each…» or something like that, and they will comply happily. Just ask for what you want.
2. They said it is possible to get an XXL steak burrito, and have it wrapped in a steak quesadilla instead of a crunchy taco shell. Stoners everywhere, rejoice.

I have a cold and my husband thought some comfort food would be nice. Well, it’s not terribly comforting to get NO CHICKEN in your chicken salad. The person at the counter was horrible at taking orders and apparently the kitchen staff was even worse at filling them. It wasn’t even a complicated or special order. I think we are done with them forever.

I’ve been inside once. But when you’re faded, going home at night, this is the stop to make. I’ve never had issues with service.
But if you’re reading Unilocal reviews for Taco Bell, I’m slightly concerned.

Awesome employees foods great. I was hesitant to come here via the other reviews but there all out dated I even weight my food the only problems is one manager who cares about her «dive thru time» and continue to yell at the server who was worried about all customers even me when I was in the lobby mike was his name if memory serves

I live down the street from this taco bell and have been here a couple hundred times over my lifetime. Its a decent place, staff works fast and they always give me great food.
I remember one time they screwed up my order and made up for it by giving me some free food

Taco Bell is just plain crap. This Taco Bell even more so than others.
It was late night, just before 2:00 am there was a car in the drive through in front of me and all the lights were on at the restaurant. 4 cars behind me and I still haven’t placed my order after about 10 minutes, I am able to get to the speaker, the guy working inside had the balls to tell me they ran out of food and were closed and would not take my order despite having waited to order. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food.

If you are a college student with very little income or if you need somewhere to eat at 2 AM on Saturday, this is the place for you! You can be filled up with three items off the value menu, with the total coming to under three dollars.
On the other hand, if you are part of the working force with a stable income and you usually go to bed by 10 PM, you can do better. The food all tastes relatively the same and you need hot sauce to spice it up. Unfortunately, its not that hot.
Make sure to check your order after getting it, they sometimes give you the wrong things or forget to put things in your order.

This is my Local Taco Hell at the moment. And like many of you sometimes I just crave a «run for the border». Usually I can satisfy these cravings with yummy Taco Del Mar, or one of the non chain joints, but sometimes you just gotta do it.
The first time I ever went to this place the person that was taking my order was very hard to communicate with. To say that she had broken English would be an understatement. Once I finally got my order out, she repeated it per my request. I literally caught about 10% of what she said. When I got my order, I was surprised that they only made 3 or 4 mistakes. Oh well.
FF to a few months later– This joint does not understand changing the order from whats on the menu. Let me say– I despise tomatoes on my food. Especially the ones that are all nasty like at fast food places. Even if they are placed on the item it ruins it for me.
Still have never been able to get no tomatoes on anything from here.
Be wise– go to TDM down the street!

This Taco Bell fucking blows!
I once waited 45 minutes for a simple to go order. The guy working the counter had hella long fingernails and was acting as if he was snorting blow between taking orders.
I will NEVER eat at this location again.
