Supercharged Productions

I’ve lived in Seattle for just over 2 years now but still haven’t been able to break through and find a good way to meet some new friends in the GLBT community. Much to my relief, I found out about Supercharged Productions and joined up. I haven’t been disappointed since I joined SCP and couldn’t be happier about being active in the group!
The great thing about this group is how it includes everyone — not just us gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgendered folks! It’s also not about the bars or clubs but going to the AIDS Walk, movie nights, haunted houses and roller skating. I’ve met some great friends and can’t wait to meet more!
How do I know this is a great group of folks to meet? The owners are quite active in the group and truly enjoy hanging out with all of the members. They’re not just the owners but they’re also members :)
So for those of you out there who are looking to meet some great folks (GLBT or not!), join up!

Finally!!! A way to meet new people and make new friends in the community through other activities than the bar scene. I’ve been to several events like camping, scavenger hunts, movie/​TV nights, BINGO, blowing and pool and have made some great new friends.
What I like about this group is its not just for singles, and it’s not exclusive to gays, they love their straight friends too. My partner and I have met other happy couples, singles, and friends of the gay community through these events and now expanding our social circle even more.
The folks that run this organization are a great group of people and always talk about how they just want the community to get out and have more fun outside of bars etc. And we couldn’t agree more. I look forward to the events to come, and have already shared some of my ideas for some fun events. (PS they are very open to suggestions to if you have a great idea!)
One side note for anyone who is new to the Seattle area… JOIN! There are a few members that I have talked to who transplants here and wished something like this was around to help them meet new friends. Everyone has heard of the «Seattle Freeze» well, this is a great way to get past that and meet some great people!

Amazing events! Can’t believe how many new people I’ve met and how fun they are! If your looking for a new way to meet gay friendly people this is definitely it.
