Clay is a very nice man and seems to know his stuff. However, it is also hard to reach him when requesting his TAX ID/​EIN number for tax purposes. I have left numerous voice mails (6+) and several emails (3) — NONE have been returned. Seems like he’s not interested to answer a simple question that could allow me to complete my taxes. The summer camp was a good one which my daughter enjoyed and she might enjoy more there, but Clay’s lack of response really makes me wonder about his sincerity to want to help. And it questions my judgement of wanting my daughter to attend additional camps at this facility. With so many more available, why go where it seems you’re not wanted?
