Starbucks

Always seems like I’m bothering the associates when I order. I usually request milk in my coffee from the fridge as ones left out are not worth a risk to me and they get irritated or even just forget most times. I stopped coming here. There are plenty others I can visit that are more then happy to accommodate.

This Starbucks is located nearby my work so it is very convenient for me and my co-​workers during our coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon. Typically the rush hour for coffee is from 7:30am — 10am and then it picks up again at 2pm-​3pm. The baristas are typically friendly, I personally enjoy the afternoon crew because they’re consistently friendly and their drinks are always delicious, they’re just on it.
I gave this Starbucks 4 stars because the baristas here don’t make it a habit to ask for your name when taking your order. They simply call your order out and everyone just gives each other that awkward eye contact of, «O, yea… I think that’s my Grande Dirty Chai Latte… nobody else is walking towards it… yea it’s mine.» Also I wish the baristas wore their name badge more often. I try to make each interaction a friendly one and I understand not everyone appreciates small talk; but I do like to address individuals by their name and not by an awkward, «Hi…(awkwardly stare at their chest… nothing there) I’ll have a…». It also comes in handy when something goes wrong or right and one is able to properly identify the barista who should be held accountable.

Located inside the Bank of America Fifth Ave Plaza, ground level. Busy site mostly business people. Its the closest Starbucks to Polyclinic on Madison across the I-​5 approximately 4 – 5 min walk. Very minimal seating, more just for picking up coffee to go.

On my way to the new PolyClinic across I-​5, I came in here for a hazelnut latte. It’s one of the sleeker and cool ones I’ve been to downtown. The stand-​up wood bar is neat, too. Also noticed some simple mugs for sale.
A good choice if you work in this sweet tower & beyond.

It is Starbucks. It is in my building where I work. Enough said!
