Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in my life! Some staff are slacking off not working properly staying in the back area not paying attention to customer lines. I go to Starbucks everyday and never have seen this bad service and employee teamwork. They need some management skills!

Very friendly and funny staff. Seems like a very popular starbucks in the community. Despite having so many people that place seemed really clean. The music selection was a mix of Motown and jazz. Love it!
Only thing that kind of sucks (which they have no control over) is that there is a bunch of construction going on around it. So idk about you, it would bother me if I’m there to study or work.
Otherwise, good job guys :)

Definitely one of the most diverse Starbucks locations you can visit… However it’s also one of the slowest! Be prepared to wait in case you’re in a hurry

I come to the location quite often to study with my friends because the location is convenient for us. It’s always busy with locals from the neighborhood. The workers are very pleasant and know their regular customers very well. I’ve never had an issue with my drink or the setting the past few years. It’s best to avoid the place when middle and high schoolers get out of school. A few buses run right in front of the place so it’s accessible and has a large parking lot.
Only thing that sucks is they have a passcode on the bathroom doors and plastic covers over the electrical outlets on the walls. I can’t stay too long if my laptop or electronics are not charged beforehand. You would think Starbucks would allow their customers to use their outlets especially with their bustling business, but nope!

I live pretty close to this Starbucks so I go to it quite often. Their green tea latte is something I usually go for and they have very skilled and friendly baristas. I’ve sat down to do some work every now and then and admittedly it can get quiet noisy. However it does feel like a small community was forged within this little coffee shop as all the customers seem to know each other and are always greeting one another. The free wifi is stable and fast enough for me to connect to the work VPN. I’m very satisfied with this Startbucks.

Since I live in this area I’ve been coming this Starbucks for the last 5 years.
It’s best to come in the early morning before work. The crowd is quiet, everyone is just waking up.
The afternoons are a total crapshoot. The crowd can be a little raucous. The parking lot is a pain (lots of people double park just to talk with friends and stereos are played loudly).
Occasionally the afternoon staff lack enthusiasm. But the product is always the same (decent). I’ve even received a few drink coupons if they’ve made a mistake with my order.

This Starbucks is a neighborhood café, and it’s often crowded during peak. You can see people within the community congregate, and greet each other with hellos.
It’s a convenient location to get a quick coffee pick me up, and they have a clover machine where they can make one coffee at a time to maximize the coffee.
The furniture is more modern, which I like, as if it was recently renovated within the past couple of years. The baristas were generally friendly, and I liked my peppermint mocha drink.
One drawback for this location compared to others is how busy it gets. Though there’s plenty of seating, it sometimes isn’t enough during peak or the weekend. It’s definitely not a place I could stay long /​study, due to how loud and distracting it can be.

Mixed results. I’ve bought drinks here and there’s a couple nice people in the morning. It seems to change in the afternoon, though. On Tuesday, July 28 th, a very hot (85+°) afternoon around 4pm, I waited in line with my own clean tumbler for water. I understand not giving out free cups as I have been a supervisor in fast food for years. But when I got to the counter, the blonde girl behind the register chastised me and told me they would fill up my cup only this once. Now it’s a really hot day outside. But I brought my own cup! Are you telling me Starbucks can afford to give its employees college tuition but can’t charge me for the water I need on a hot day? I won’t be returning.

Often crowded, this is a place where neighborhood people like to hang out and chat. It is not uncommon to see a chess set or two laid out on a table, or to notice jovical conversations in the atmosphere.
The line moves fast, unfortunately much time is wasted by the non-​patrons wanting a free cup of ice water or the bathroom code. There are two bus stops nearby that keep this place busy: one for the 4, 14, and another for the 8 and the 48.
There are also two schools nearby, so expect a young crowd of teens and thier friends between 2pm and 3pm.

Won’t let me use the bathroom while I show them my gold level account. I buy enough stuff from Starbucks to earn access to you nasty bathroom.

When I’m shopping in the International District and I need to use the bathroom I come to this Starbucks. None of the International District and Central District stores let you use their bathrooms.
Thank you so much Starbucks for your clean bathrooms. I’m so glad I don’t need to go into a McDonald’s or something.
I know this is a weird review but it is something I know ya’ll can relate to!!!
Also, like other people have mentioned… there’s lots of older folks hanging out in here like it is a community center. I love that! Everyone seems to know everyone — it is like being in a small town within a town.
WARNING:
The parking lot is a nightmare and I’ve almost gotten backed into a few times. Beware!

The store has been completely remodeled and looks great! And most importantly the service has gotten better as well. Finally after going to this Starbucks for 10months they finally remember my name. That’s cool I suck at remembering names to. Still some sketchy people hanging out outside though, but as long as you get in get your coffee and get out you’ll be fine.

The staff here is always really great. They’re always swamped, but they never seem to be stressed out and they never get impolite. Sometimes they have trouble keeping up with demand at the condiment bars, but they’re *swamped.*
Outside of the store is super-​sketchy. I’d like to be able to sit outside and have my dog with me, but there are assertive panhandlers and some incredibly rude people basically all the time, plus this is a busy corner for buses, so it’s not exactly a relaxing place to get coffee. Not the staff’s fault, natch.

I frequent this Starbucks in the morning because I live across the street. I have to say that the main reason I go is because of the ambiance. Everyone there is SO friendly that it makes it worth coming back to. This includes patrons as well as staff.
I will say that the population of people that come to this Starbucks can be friendly to the point of hitting on you, but for the most part, they’re harmless older men. Lol.

Terrible! They always mess up my order and the clientele isn’t always the most classy – I just want my cup of coffee not to be whistled at as I walk to my car!

This Starbucks is very convenient for me, I recently moved into the area and I have to transfer to my next bus at this location. However, I am not writing this review and blame them entirely, but I believe their service is very slow or it’s just that my bus comes on time and there isn’t enough time between transfers — not sure, on Tuesday, 2.20.13 I ordered my coffee during my five minutes while waiting for my second bus and it took that long to get me coffee right when my bus showed up and I had to run out of the store without my creamer and sugar added to my coffee to catch the bus.
I’m just saying — get it together!

Stopped in today to pick up a pre-​order for work. Though they had lost the original order (then found it) and didn’t have it ready, they were super apologetic and got it filled right away. Plus, they recognized their mistakes and more than made up for it at the cash register.
Pretty roomy for a neighborhood Starbucks, even with the sizable crowd. Crowd is friendly, but loud. It wouldn’t be a good place to get work done. There is a cute little patio out front too that would be great weather permitting.

Always Quick, Fast and Pleasant Service!
This location knows how to handle large numbers and really take care of their customers. Very friendly team members at every part.
Plenty of room to find a spot to relax, read, study or play on your lap top.

I go here like 2 – 4 times a week, not because I WANT to, but because it’s the only coffee place less then a block from my school.
I order the same drink when I go there, a tall white mocha with caramel syrup and sauce. How many times did they mess up my order? 50% of the time. One time they gave me a COMPLETELY different order, she gave me a tall chai coffee, but when she announced it, she announced a tall white mocha with caramel. I knew she made it wrong because the way she announced it like a question REALLY slowly. Then she looked at her co-​worker like ‘I hope she didn’t notice’ ANOTHER time they got it wrong by either forgetting the caramel syrup or sauce.
Whenever my friend orders, THEY ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. She always orders a java chip frappacinno with NO whipped cream, she always tells them so many ties and they ALWAYS give it to her with whipped cream. So when she gets her order she has she dump all the whipped crème off herself. She couldn’t have been more clear when she ordered.
I would NOT recommend this starbucks at all. Uness you want a completely different drink than you ordered.
There is also often never any seats. I would have to bring my coffee to-​go.
