Only putting 1 star on here due to the fact I have to to write this review. Talked to these guys after having window issues with my 02 beetle. They said it would be an easy fix probably a fuse or relay. I chose this place because I see bugs in and out of this shop. Anyway, I brought it in and dropped it off with this young kid who was not the guy I spoke to about this. I told him what was going on and he called me and asked some more questions and I asked him how much it would be to fix a couple other things and he just kept saying «yeah…yeah…yeah…» After everything I said. He would not give me an actual estimate whatsoever! He told me I need to have my entire car rewired for 1700 because it’s a «hassle to take all the seats and carpet out», I told him that was a funny joke and he said he was able to get my window «working again.» When I picked up my car he said it stopped working but I would still have to pay for it because apparently «it was working when it was in the shop.» He said he couldn’t find anything wrong with my car so the only option was to rewire my whole car. I asked him what they looked at and he said they just took the door panel off they didn’t actually touch anything… Cost me $ 200 bucks for them to take my door panel off and do absolutely nothing. Got in my car and saw the door panel was completely ruined. There was grease all over it, I just had the top part repainted a week before bringing it in and it was so badly gauged, scraped and scuffed I called them out on it and they lied to my face and said I brought it in like that! Are you serious!!! Shady. Shady. Shady. If you want a good mechanic with exceptionally fair prices and great customer service, go to Poblano Auto Repair in Renton!!! It was a bad ground. 20 min & 30 bucks later my window was as good as new. Don’t waste your time here. Go straight to Poblano.
