I go to the store in Pioneer Square although they have another in the Market. I really like the design, uniqueness, and feel of most of their Asian-inspired designs in silks which I’m told are original so they don’t allow photographs to be taken inside the stores. Prices aren’t astronomical either as you may think for a boutique of this type downtown. They also carry daringly sensual silk sheets and blankets as well as kimonos, some menswear and some things for kids. However, the store predominately caters to women. I know that in Pioneer Square store owners like to keep the doors open all year round to encourage customers to come inside, but that’s extremely uncomfortable when it’s cold outside and you’re practically freezing when you’re trying on their garments. It’s no fun and doesn’t make for a warm, inviting experience. The space heaters just don’t cut it. Trying on silk garments in a frigid environment makes pulling out my wallet A LOT more difficult.
