Great beer selection and the owner can tell you in detail about the flavor of each. They have board games you can play. The night I was in there the music sounded great. Great bands too, wish I could remember their names. The décor is freaking awesome too.

Great beer selection, but no hard stuff and the sound in stage is terrible.
It’s what you would expect from a hole in the wall. However, no hard liquor really put a damper on my night. They did have some good local beers, including the Diamond Knot XIPA which carries an 8.2% ABV.
The XBox 360 and old school NES at the bar was pretty cool though. However the venue as a place for live music is terrible. My band played a show there and we couldn’t hear a thing. Too many acoustical traps as well as the apparent lack of sound man really made things a lot more difficult on the night.
If you’re in a band, I wouldn’t play here. If you want a beer, then this place is pretty cool.

Love this place. Open mic on Tuesday nights attracts some good talent. Good selection of beers, two pinball machines (three if you count Baby Pac-​Man), some board games, tv almost always on Comedy Central, and not only an Xbox 360 at the bar to play but also an NES with a crate full of cartridges. Great staff and very friendly regulars. I moved into West Seattle a few months ago and this place has become my favorite drinking hole and a fantastic spot to meet some good folks. They are beer/​wine only for now but they should have there liquor license in a few months.

This place is pretty cool with a lot of potential! But just attracts the wrong type of people from the area and is not very busy. Maybe live music starting at 7 instead of 9pm during the week and how about serving some kinda food. Weird layout but the bartenders are always friendly!

This place is the best hole in the wall that isn’t a hole in the wall :) Great beer selection, SWEET LIVE MUSIC! A few nights ago it was a great guy playing acoustic guitar, another night it was a gal singing by herself. They play movies frequently and they have Nintendo too! Go Mario Brothers :)

Came here to see Fahim tell some jokes. More flannel shirts, beards and wool knit stocking caps than a Paul Bunyan convention. It’s definitely has a lumberjack theme to it. Very dark and dreary in here. Very Seattle-​ish.

Lemme ramble: great place to play (if you’re in a band) because of the size and sound, free pool, free darts, free pinball, free beer for the band members, no cover, nice staff, etc.
And West Seattle isn’t THAT far away.

Great Tap rotation. Love that they retained the dive bar feel from when I was a kid walking around that area.
