I needed my computer checked out before starting a new work-at-home job. Matthew was able to squeeze my computer into his schedule for a checkup. He gave it a good cleaning and upgraded the hard drive for me. (My computer is much quieter now!) He was great at keeping me up-to-date on the progress so I knew what was going on with it.
