I went to Richard Blake several years ago. I was suffering from insomnia, and was amazed how – after about six sessions – I was sleeping better. Richard’s gentle, capable approach to hypnotherapy put me right at ease so that healing could take place naturally.
I always thought hypnotherapy was a bunch of hocus pokus – and that it wouldn’t work for me. Just the opposite was true! I highly recommend giving hypnotherapy a try with Richard Blake!
