Unbelievably beautiful arrangement! Great service — Bill was very warm and receptive. Very easy to place orders and they were so helpful. They did same day delivery. I will use them again.

A little on the pricier side– (but flowers are expensive– and the quality of the vase was better than most)
So if you need immediate beautiful arrangements for that special person in your life– and they are in the downtown Seattle core– this place always makes a splash!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with this flower shop!!! I made an online order for sympathy flowers at 8am and asked for it to be delivered this morning if possible. It’s now 10:09am and the beautiful arrangement was already delivered and I’ve received a photo of it! It’s just as gorgeous and identical as illustrated on the website. I would highly recommend this shop and I will be using them again for future needs. The recipient is thrilled and it put a smile on her face after losing her mother last night. I have ordered from Seattle Flowers at least twice a year for my wife, for several years. I believe most every order was close to $ 100 or more. On the last occasion of one of the flower holidays they arrived in poor quality. They made another delivery with replacement flowers.
I just placed an order for the upcoming Vday, Feb 2015 and I stated in the comments section «do not send sh*tty flowers», without the asterix. The President emailed me stating he won’t accept the order because of my rude and abusive comments. So, I won’t be doing anymore business with SF.
Update: So the President Bill wrote a response to this review by posting my full name, home address, cell phone number and email. Thankfully Unilocal removed it. Nice one Bill, that should go a long ways for you.
Bill proceeded to state that there was nothing wrong with the flowers that he replaced (they were wilted). I have better things to do than return flowers. His response had sections in all caps, which is yelling, and he also asked other vendors to not do business with me. Bill we’re also going to have to steer our friends wedding away from your business. And any other future flower needs.

I ordered from Seattle Flowers with a strict budget. I picked a bouquet, and then asked them to change it according to the recipient’s favorite colors. What she received was beautiful, tasteful, and exactly what I had hoped for. It was amazing! They were very courteous, very helpful, and when I called back a week or two later to ask for another copy of my receipt, they emailed it to me in no time, with no problem. I will definitely place my orders here from now on. Thank you!

I called and ordered an arrangement today because I saw a specific one that I hadn’t seen on any other site, even though there is a florist closer to my office. Bill helped me first and he was very polite, but I told him I would call back as I had to decide whether I wanted to substitute 3 tulips in the arrangement with other flowers. When I called back to place the order, I spoke with Cathy. I told her I wanted to pick the flowers up because I knew I missed delivery time and I wanted them here for my boss when she got to work in the morning. They said they would be ready in an hour.
When I got to the location (at the opposite end of downtown), I said hello as I looked at some cards and Cathy said nothing. Her head remained forward. At that moment, I realized it was the same shop I decided to boycott a few years before because I felt that she was very unwelcoming, cold and impersonal. I used to work in a building very close to the location and the last time I went there, I felt like she didn’t want me there. I got the same feeling today.
There is nothing worse than dealing with a business owner who gives the vibe that you’re an imposition. When I told her I was there for the flowers she said, «Oh yes!» and went to get them. When I saw them, I wasn’t that impressed, but took them anyway because of my time constraint. I got on the bus and noticed the lily appeared bruised and had a few black lines on the petal and the edge. Some of the other flowers looked a little rough around the edges as well. I called Cathy when I got back to the office and mentioned it. She told me very matter-​of-​factly that type of lily is just like that and that she only had 2 others there and they weren’t any better than the one I had. She was very dry and there was no feeling in her voice at all. I am a person that prides myself in delivering excellent customer service and will definitely not shop in a location that doesn’t offer that. I will not return to Seattle Flowers for this reason. It’s too bad that with just one person in the shop, Cathy couldn’t see fit to make me feel welcome. It’s not as if they had a line out the door. I contemplated calling her back and expressing my feelings, but realized it probably wouldn’t mean a whole lot to her if I did. I will definitely remember the next time to steer clear.

Got my mom’s flowers here for mothers day and they were beautiful. Exactly like the photo. I have ordered flowers many times with other companies and the flowers are never like the photo. But Seattle Flowers did a great job. A little bit on the pricey side however totally work it. Not only that but they lasted for 3 weeks! Which is amazing! This is the one I ordered:

Definitely my favorite flower shop!

Called to send my wife flowers to work for our anniversary. Bill, the owner of the shop, took the order and ordered the wrong arrangement, and when I called to get it fixed after I found out, he told my options were to either get the correct arrangement sent, but not sent until their next truck goes out, which is after my wife leaves work, or get a refund, and they’ll come TAKE THE FLOWERS FROM MY WIFE. (And I’m sure they won’t need to «wait for the next truck» to do that.)
There was no desire to make things right, on an error that was completely his own, and that he openly admitted was his own. I will never order from Seattle Flowers again, and I will warn others to stay away.
Update: He just called to offer me a gift certificate for the amount of the order, as if I’m ever going to do business with them after that level of service. Order from Ballard Blossom instead.

I learned my lesson a few years ago trying to shop deals for flowers. The big sites outsource to third parties who don’t give a shit about your order, and if any issues there is no one to call who is willing to take responsibility and fix. Since experiencing this I have used Seattle Flowers. The order comes as listed, and on time every time, which apparently is a large feat in the flower biz. They don’t seem to be priced very competitively, but again you are paying for them to get the job done right, which is worth the cost. Good selection, good quality, and reliable

I just received the most beautiful bouquet from my boyfriend for my 30^th birthday. He ordered them from Seattle Flowers and I just cannot get over how beautiful the flowers are. He lives in Australia and was able to easily order from them and even have them make a custom bouquet.

My transaction with Seattle Flowers went flawlessly. I wanted to get my wife some roses for our anniversary, and I wanted them to be delivered to the restaurant where we had dinner so they would be waiting on the table when we got there. Seattle Flowers was helpful on the phone, and the arrangement was similar to the picture on the web. The roses were of the highest quality and freshness, and everything got done how and when it was supposed to. The price was reasonable for local, professional flowers.
High quality. Friendly, helpful service. No Surprises. I’ll definitely use these folks again.

I had a major discrepancy with one of the sales people. The price quoted was not what was charged to my credit card. Upon viewing the pending status of my card, I called and left a very concerned message. My call was returned by the owner himself, Bill S. We had a very fine discussion and he restored my faith as a patron. Very professional, and customer focused, Bill indeed is someone, I will enjoy doing business with again. He was very concerned about how I felt. The flowers will be delivered tomorrow, 2÷17÷12 and when I get the report from my wonderful wife, I will write further comments about that experience. As of now, I have an excellent rating, in customer service, and Bill does know how to take care of the customer. High Kudos Bill. Thank you again for all of your help, concern, and your conduct in business.

The unfortunate occasion recently arose where I had to send a sympathy bouquet of flowers to a good friend. I had never ordered flowers online before, and after an internet search I stumbled upon Seattle Flowers. I ended up choosing them because their arrangements were gorgeous, and they seemed to be a good, reputable local company. I requested next-​day delivery with a personalized greeting card. Wow! My friend messaged me around the time I had requested them to be delivered (a huge plus) and told me the arrangement was absolutely breathtaking and she was very happy. I’m happy as well. Thanks to the prompt service and great product, Seattle Flowers! Next time I need to send a bouquet, I’ll call on them again.

I used Seattle Flowers in December as an alternative vendor to send a family member a Red Poinsettia because another florist I generally use did not have the product listed. The price was reasonable and the delivery was prompt and as requested. The recipient commented that the poinsettia was the most gorgeous she had ever received and was more than satisfied. Thank you for the excellent service!

I called the shop to file a complaint regarding my original delivery. They offered to redeliver in about a week which I really appreciated. The odd thing is that when they redelivered, they attached the original card I wrote plus an apology stating, «Sorry you last delivery was not 13′ tall».
Therefore I will say thank you for the delivery but I am not sure I will order again.

The staff at Seattle flowers couldn’t be more helpful. I ordered a flower delivery for one of my friends, and although I received an email saying it had been delivered, she had not received it. I called Seattle Flowers and they immediately went into action: they called the delivery person who said they had delivered the flowers to the concierge. They then — and this is where I think service went above and beyond — called the concierge themselves rather than suggesting I did it. They told me that the flowers had been picked up by the resident this morning, and I should check on it — but if they didn’t turn up to let them know and they would make sure the situation was resolved.
Anyways, it turned out the concierge had let some other resident pick up the flowers accidentally, and this person returned the flowers to my friend. But that was the building’s mistake not theirs — so overall very impressed with this service. And my friend said the flowers looked great too!

The gentleman that delivered flowers to my office today was a GEM! So friendly, outgoing and seemed genuinely interested in the best flowers possible. The delivery wasn’t even for me, but he made my day better just from our short chat!
