When I met Kris my stomach ached almost every day, I had headaches weekly, many foods triggered allergic reactions including asthma. Diesel exhaust, new carpet, and other chemicals made me nauseous and lethargic. It felt like my world was getting smaller every month. I could not figure out how to make my health better. Working with Kris fixed all this. The acupuncture treatments cleared up my allergies and now I get to eat what I want without worry. I can shop for carpet or get stuck behind a diesel truck and feel fine. Well worth the time and effort. I have much more energy and love feeling so good.

I met Kris at the clinic in Federal Way. I was tired of not being able to breathe in the spring. That was the first thing we worked on. In short order, I was mowing my grass and cutting flowers to bring inside. We then did extensive testing to clear up my food allergies. It is amazing to be able to go anywhere and just eat was smells and tastes good.
