So they only recycle cardboard. I understand that when people put in materials that are not paper based it makes their job more difficult. I also understand that when the bins are overloaded, some of the excess may need to be taken out. But the men that come to take the cardboard from the business where I work — which is largely in the warehouse — throw the excess out in front of my door instead of just laying it in a stack to the side of where the bins are stored. It is very unprofessional. I have no control over what the hundreds of other people do in my building, yet I have to deal with the childish behavior of Sea-dru-nar recycling employees. I always break down my boxes and put nothing in the bins outside of cardboard. I like that this company is a non-profit seeking to provide work to those who need it, but it’s not pleasant to come down to your workspace and find a huge mess left behind.
