Sandhurst Apartments

I’m so late in leaving this review! I lived at Sandhurst for 2 years, the entire time I was in Seattle and I have no complaints. The apartments are close to an awesome park, a gym, groceries, a bike path, and two bus lines that can get you to major transfer centers or downtown. Our unit had a view of Lake Washington, large rooms and a spacious living room, in the entire time I lived there the only things that broke were from normal use I was very satisfied with the apartment. Never had an issue with another tenant, I had a package stolen once near Christmas time but a little later a package stealing ring was busted in Seattle so, meh. You would be hard pressed to find another with the amount of space and such a nice location for the price they’re offering. Irene our landlord was very accommodating and flexible with me and returned the respect showed her, but I guess paying rent on time and being a responsible tenant is hard for some people? All in all staying here was a great introduction to Seattle and I will miss living there.

They only get 2 stars because they were affordable. And because there was a 7 11 right in front of the building. If you are smart you wont move in here. Read the reviews online and they will speak for themselves. Renter Be-​Ware
