I lived here for five 5 years from 2009 – 2013. There isn’t a lot of good things to say about this place so I’ll get them out of the way first. It’s cheap, has garage parking available, and convenient to downtown. The cons far outweigh those few pros. There is no visitor parking. The garage doors were frequently broken. Drug deals occoured in the tiny parking lot all the time. Thin walls and every building had at least a few rude noisy residents. Mold grew everywhere and was near impossible to control. Ambulances always seemed to get called there(not sure why), and once a homeless man was found dead on someomea porch! You’re far better off spending a little more and living somewhere else.

Rachel is so lucky nobody answered her calls. Believe me, Roosevelt Ridge is not even close to being exclusive. It is cheaply built, cheaply maintained and run by the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of wroking with. The manager shacks up with the maintenance man and clearly recruits her tenants by the kind of drugs they might be able to provide. Tenants actually use the parking lot to conduct their drug trading. When I helped my friend move out, we were horrified to find filthy black patches of mold behind the furniture. She also found that many of her clothes, shoes and linens were destroyed by mold and mildew growing in the back of the closets. Anyone choosing to live in this Northgate ghetto will soon learn just how bad apartment living can really be. Good luck and Beware!

If you like moldy, dark living spaces where things break often, neighbors who are recently out of or soon to be going to prison, and a dishonest property manager who is more likely to be playing games on her phone than doing anything resembling work(office hours say 10−4…hahaha, good luck), have I got the place for you. Nightmare. Absolute nightmare.
