Had some pizza delivered for a employee event and the service and pizzas were tasty! They arrived on time, hot and delicious!

Ordered a marguerita pizza. Not good at all. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Crust very bland. Minimal sauce. Basil had a very funny taste. Bit into pieces of crunchy garlic when it wasn’t supposed to have garlic. After trying to eat 2nd slice, gave up.

Vlad is the best server, always great service! He is friendly and attentive. The bar is fully stocked and it’s a great atmosphere. I love their happy hour. Great place to come for locals. Will be back!

Friendly service and decent food. I had the tortellini puttanesca, which was enough food for a family of 4! Pretty tasty for a neighborhood pizza joint. Hubby had a cheese pizza + pepperoni, and he said it was as good as he expected. I have a sweet tooth so of course I asked for the dessert menu. Went with the Tiramisu. Again, very generous potion and pretty yummy. It’s probably not a place you would drive across town for, but definitely worthwhile if you are hungry for pizza or quick type Italian food and are in the area.

This was my go to spot for a quick and delicious lunch but recently it has taken a turn for the worse. I would not encourage patronizing this resturant if you are looking for a deal. The buffet has been reduced to only the cheapest ingredients ie only cheese, pepperoni, limited veggies. I would not be surprised to find this resturant closing soon.(Death by poor management.)

We recently placed a large order for an office lunch. When we went to pick it up at the Howell location the order couldn’t be found. Shawn was working at the desk and immediately began to call the other locations. He found our order at the Eastlake Romio’s and had it delivered within 15 min to our downtown Seattle office. We had called in our order to the wrong Romio’s location but Shawn saved the day!

I was hosting my weekly wine and pizza night. I usually get my pizza from Mario’s in Cap Hill(which is delicious.) but I decided to switch it up and stumbled across Romio’s from the wonderful Eat 24. I ordered spicy buffalo wings, the Olympian pizza, and Bianca pizza. Let’s just say I wish I would’ve stuck with Mario’s. The wings definitely needed to be cooked more. They are similar to Dominos wings. Enough said. The Bianca pizza had nasty chicken on it. It tasted like the chicken was frozen and reheated. Lastly, the Olympian pizza taste itself was okay, but when you pick up the pizza all the toppings(including the cheese) fall off. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

There’s a lot to like about this place even if it is more reminiscent of chain-style eateries. The meatball sub sandwich is one that I have gotten here many times and it’s pretty damn delicious. The pastas are good but not amazing; the cream pasta dishes tend to have lots of grease. The chopped salad is great but please just order the half size if you aren’t too hungry because the full salad is so large. The pizza itself is not the best I’ve had but so far away from being the worst, which is likely Pizza Mart. The dough/crust on the pizza is chewy, soft, and light while the cheese is top-notch and the meat toppings are acceptable. I will continue to eat here if not just for the meatball sandwich.

We used to order from here a lot, not necessarily because the pizza was fantastic, but because it was cheap, quickly delivered and hassle free. We will never order from here again after our experience tonight. We ordered a large pizza(via Eat 24) and got a medium(though it looked small to me). No big deal, I called the restaurant to let them know what was up. I was met with rudeness on top of rudeness. Not wanting to deal with it any longer, I called Eat 24 so they could confirm what I ordered in the hopes that I could at least be paid the difference and get an apology for the poor customer service I got. Apparently Eat 24 was met with the same mean person that worked there because they got tired of dealing with him as well. At least Eat 24 offered us a credit for the order that was wrong, even though it was of no fault of their own. I have worked in tons of customer service jobs, and even if I was having a bad day I would never be rude to some one like that. And I am not the kind of person to try and complain just to try and score free food etc. I just wanted to bring a mix up to their attention and possibly get a few bucks back. way to lose a customer you had for years Romios.

I honestly have no idea why this place has any bad reviews. My boyfriend and I come here often, and sometimes bring friends. We keep coming back because it’s one of our favorite pizza places in Seattle. My boyfriend’s favorite is the puttanesca pizza and he says it’s «so good I want to cry». The pizzas have always been consistently excellent, and the sauce is especially delicious. I wish I remembered the name of our server the most recent time. He sometimes wears his hair in a ponytail? Anyway, he let us in when it was almost closing time and churned out 4 pizzas for us and our friends and was incredibly sweet about it even though we were right on the line of being too late. He is such a treasure. We’ll be coming back as we always do. We’re getting our first delivery order tonight :) UPDATE: We ordered 2 pizzas and the estimated delivery time was 50 minutes. It took an hour, but I really didn’t mind the extra 10 min wait time because the pizza was so good! It tasted just as hot and fresh when it arrived as it normally does in-store. Very satisfied. Thank you Romio’s!

Ordered the low carb Mexican dish and piece of chocolate caramel cake for pickup and they were both awesome! Very quick pick up, hot and delicious. But make sure you ask for plasticware because they didn’t include any so thank goodness i asked before i left. The dish also came with soup or salad, i chose the latter and it was great and very fresh. Total = $ 21.00. A+++ for the food. The atmosphere inside looked clean and they have a small four-seater bar in there if one wants a quick nightcap. Good job!

We love the locations in Idaho! I was extremely happy to know that I lived so close to a Romios… Until now. The pizza? Absolutely love it. I wish I could write a review only of the pizza, however, after today’s experience, this was the worst food I have ever ate. We ordered salads to start. Mine had over ripe tomatoes and huge chunks of brown lettuce pieces. I still ate it, it was still edible in my book! Mozzarella sticks came next. They were white and grey and didn’t display the crunchy goodness that is associated with the deep fried appetizer. We took a bite and it was raw and doughy. Tasted like it was in the microwave. They were completely inedible. I asked the server if she could crisp them up, she was pretty rude when she grabbed the plate and walked away. Next, was my burger and fries. Burger? I smacked the bun and it made a loud thud! Old, stale bread. The patty was burnt to a crisp. The cheese wasn’t melted and was still hard. I took 2 bites and couldn’t take another. My girlfriend ordered the submarine sandwich. The bread was soggy and wet on the inside, the cheese was half melted and the onions were raw, on a baked sandwich!!! The fries tasted like they were baked in the oven with no salt, there was absolutely no taste. At first, I thought I was being picky. I switched foods with my girlfriend to see. Nope! Both foods were inedible to human garbage disposals. I saw the mozzarella sticks return, I was excited because I was so hungry and thought they were my saving grace. They returned and were… Raw and doughy. Completely inedible and the most disgusting thing I ever put in my mouth. It seemed like they took frozen mozzarella sticks out of the freezer, let them thaw out, and zapped them in the microwave. There was a layer of water between the crust and the cheese! Nobody came by and asked about our experience. Nobody asked anything about our meal. At the end, the waitress asked if we wanted a box. We laughed! Our entire table was covered in food and nothing was touched! Terrible service, really terrible food. Only get the pizza at the restaurant.

My husband found their coupon in the lobby of The Camlin so we ordered, and quickly received, a gourmet vegetarian pie called the G.A.S.P. Pizza that was delicious, filling and still HOT. :-) Way to go!

I have had pizza from here twice and I will not be going back for a third. Both times I had it, it was delivered, so I don’t know what it’s like inside or even what the staff is like. I can only review the pizza… and… well, it’s crap. There is hardly any sauce, the crust is tasteless and tastes cheap, the vegetables are okay… but if you ask for vegan cheese, apparently you get tomatoes. It is just an extremely unsatisfying pizza. Getting just bread with veggies on it might work at some high-end restaurants with a skilled kitchen staff, but this pizza joint can’t pull it off. Learn to make pizza. Next time I will just make my own… this was not worth the saved time. Ridiculously expensive for not really getting a pizza. Edit: I was given a voucher for a free pizza for next time, but I’m really not sure there will be a next time. I’m not sure I want to bother with«three strikes, you’re out.» Updated to two stars because of how quickly the turnaround on the voucher was…

I place an online delivery order for a business lunch consisting of a few pizzas and cheesebread with drinks. The delivery guy was right on time. He had everything in great condition. My work location is sometimes confusing for delivery people but this guy had zero issues. Right on. The team reported that the food was outstanding. When I set it up for them, I saw that everything was piping hot and the pizzas were labeled exactly as I had asked them to be. Another bonus that many restaurants don’t offer that is needed when you are feeding a crowd with different dietary needs. I’ll definitely be ordering from Romio’s again for work and also for myself. Maybe its from watching shows like Kitchen Nightmares and Restaurant: Impossible but I find myself thinking«What would they say if they came in here or if they ate this food?» I’ve eaten at Romio’s twice now. Today was the latest. As I ate I noticed how tasteless the crust was. It was just… bread. No flavor. Kind of gummy. The sauce had some flavor but the cheese and toppings… they were plain. You go to places like Pagliacci’s or Hot Mama’s or even Pizza Hut and the pizza has flavor. Romio’s is just… plain, flavorless, and gummy. You eat it just to get something in your stomach. After watching those types of «Save my restaurant» type shows, I wonder if I owned a business like this, if I would strive to improve my product or if I would continue putting out the same sub-par product year after year. Romio’s has the potential of being a great pizza place. The only competition nearby(that I know of) is A Pizza Mart and they are mostly a bar who serves some pizza. Please Romio’s, I know my review is harsh but I hope you take it in the manner it is intended. Every business can benefit from looking at how they can improve and reach out to customers and other experts for new ways to improve. Please dont continue to put out the same sub par, tasteless tomato sauce on bread in 2015. Please reinvent yourself to be THE pizza place of the area. Again, that is just my personal opinion on the flavor/quality of the pizza and others may find it amazing. I did go during the lunch buffet both times so maybe that had something to do with it. The buffet did have slim pickings. I know its a busy time but considering the buffet is daily, I would hope they would be more prepared to keep the buffet continuously stocked with selection. The pluses: The waitress was very pleasant and attentive, the price is great, the location is great, I thought the restaurant was clean but could use a little«freshening up». I truly only intend this review to be encouraging to the owners/management to look at how they can continually improve. I’ll come back again a few times and continue to try them out.

Romio’s is an average pizza restaurant at best in an area of town with many other options. The only good thing about Romio’s is the lunch buffet where they serve an all you can eat pizza and salad buffet for about $ 10. The pizza and salad are not amazing, but when its all you can eat, you can expect much. Their regular pies(non lunch buffet) are nothing more than average. They have lots of different unique types of toppings to try, including a gyro pizza and bbq pizza. The service is good, but they need to replace the table clothes after every guest. When we ate at Romio’s, the waitress told us to sit at whatever table we want, and we had trouble finding a table without a dirty table cloth. I think i’ve mentioned this in other reviews, but I have yet to find a pizza place in downtown better than Rocco’s.

This is a review of dinner delivery from Romio’s Pizza & Pasta in Seattle. It is easy to order via . The delivery is free. At $ 12, the minimum order is relatively low. Their delivery was pretty quick. It came in about forty minutes. The delivery person was professional and polite. Italian Sausage, Canadian Bacon, and Mushroom Pizza(Large/15in) — This was a good pizza. The Italian Sausage was very tasty. The Canadian bacon was a touch on the bland side. The crust could have been a tad more crisp but it had the nice flavour of yeast. The most significant negative though was the pizza simply wasn’t hot. We also had cheese bread and garlic bread. The cheese bread was much better than the garlic bread. The garlic bread was very dry and the bread itself had little flavour. There was just the strong overpowering flavour of garlic. Overall — This is an ok option for pizza delivery in the downtown Seattle area. Certainly, if you are sitting around watching some football and jonesing for some pizza, Romio’s will fill you up and get you through the game.
