For example, when working with me, Ben took the time to explain the different product options and installation processes, educating me while simplifying the complicated world of hard wood floors. He enthusiastically answered both technical and logistical questions and guided me through the decision making process. He met me at wholesale supplier warehouses to choose the perfect flooring product, explaining the pros and cons of each, and interfacing with the vendors to create an easy materials buying experience. Due to his quality craftsmanship and eye for detail, he discovered and corrected building errors while still managing to complete the project in a timely manner.
Ben installed my sister’s floors three plus years ago and she is still very happy with them. He provided maintenance and after care instructions so my new gorgeous floors will remain so. Ben is reliable, meticulous, trustworthy and highly recommended!

I’ve used Riverbend twice, and I’ll use them again. First time was in a 1920’s home with white oak and fir flooring. There was an area with damage that needed some design expertise that I didn’t have. They’re solution was great.
Second time was in my home, they brought some fir floors back to life, on time and on budget. I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. They have the qualities I look for in all the contractors I use.

Hired by a subcontractor of our designer, they were to refinish the oak floors in our kitchen, family room and entry/​hall. They were to apply a color and two coats of finish. The designer and I selected the color. The color coat was applied. At least one coat of finish was applied. The company and I disagree on whether the second coat was applied. He, the owner, says yes. I say no, I’m not certain. The floor looks good, though I have noticed a few spots that appear to lack finish. I’ve asked for, and received, the name of the finish, so the owner was helpful with that. You’re on your own with this one. I wouldn’t use this firm again
