Unfortunately this attorney is not interested in justice or fairness, he is interested in what comes easy and how to make his money and run. He served as our guardian and then personal representative, and consistently ignored facts to fasciltate an easy solution.
After our first meeting he refused to ever talk personally with me, instead using his subordinate to make unqualified decisions on our estate. Despite repeated evidence that my sibling was stealing and lying, he and his associate took the easy way out and ignored the facts.
Case in point. I had not received any rent from my mother’s property and when i inquired to have them investigate, Mr. Fast, the associate, told me «your cousin probably kept it»
I did all the investigation and submitted proof that my sister had stolen the rent and forged checks, and all they would do was credit my side without any due diligence in prosecuting or following the law in terms of check forgery.
I also furnished proof that my sister had stolen my mother’s cottage rent, her car, and numerous other items which I gave them proof from the caregivers.
They completely ignored it.
I would steer very far from this attorney if you expect justice…
