Friendly staff. The optometrist was extremely professional and thorough. I’ve had vision issues since I was very young and my initial appointment with them was likely my best optometric experience. Thank you!

I took one star off because they messed up my left and right contact boxes. If I hadn’t noticed something was off, my vision could’ve gotten worse.

Office gals are friendly– very informative and knowledgeable. Parking in that plaza is a nightmare, I had to circle around a few times and eventually waited for someone to leave to get in but that is the only downside of it.

Dr. chuong is the best! he is so nice and loves to give you tips on how to train your sight. He takes time to make sure that he doesn’t miss any details. The front desk ladies are all nice and welcoming. their office is newly remodeled so they have more options for frames.

Great service! I’ve been going to Rainier Opt for over 10 yrs. I’ve been to other places but always found myself right back here, no other services is better than theirs! Everytime I go there I feel like a friend, not just another customer. They remember who I am and my family. I couldn’t ask for better treatment than what has already been provided. They are great! I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic customer service! I came in yesterday and needed to find out what my insurance covered. They called me back the next day informing me coverage. Not only did they do that, I had specific frames I requested and they didn’t carried it at their store so they went the extra mile and ordered it for me! I would recommend my colleagues and friends here, if they’re looking for a new pair of glasses!

I’ve been coming here for several years and have never had a bad experience. The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Today I went in for an eye exam and as always it really feels like they really care about you. My mom goes here too and they always asks me how she’s doing. They’ve remodeled the office so its bigger and nicer looking. Very chic. Their exam equipment also looks updated and their selection of eye wear is vast. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Loved it here. Everyone here was nice & made me feel every comfortable. The place I went to to before was really rude & would let you choose the glasses you like. But this place lets you choose some glasses you will like. Will for sure come here again.

I went in today for an eye exam so I could order some new glasses using an online deal. I was slightly early and the really friendly front desk ladies were able to get me through the paperwork and I was seen promptly at the scheduled time by Dr. Dan. He was courteous, professional and meticulous. I felt very comfortable and appreciated as a customer. It was well worth the drive from West Seattle-​the couple of shops I called in my neighborhood were booked a month out and Rainier Valley was able to schedule me SAME WEEK!
When I mentioned ordering glasses online I was not made to feel guilty or pressured into purchasing them in the office. Dr. Dan checked and double checked my prescription and was particularly careful to examine me for eye problems that run in my family.
Highly recommended, well worth the trip! I will be a repeat customer as long as they’re in business!
