I called Proliance Surgeons to make an appointment, waited for 42 minutes(that’s forty-two minutes) on hold while the office played a tape over and over and over the entire time, informing me that all representatives were busy, that I could enter an extension to speak to a particular individual, or leave a message in their«general messages». As soon as this recorded message had been delivered there would be a few seconds of background music that played for the caller, then the original message would start again. After 42 minutes of waiting, I figured that I’d try an extension, hoping to get hold of a real person. At that point, a recorded message played that asked me to enter my «code». This request also played over and over again. Then the connection broke. If you need to make an appointment with these doctors, be prepared to get nowhere. They’re not interested in talking to you. I can’t help but wonder what the quality of treatment is like from these physicians if they are content to have their callers wait 42 minutes to talk to a receptionist, and then break the connection. I will not go to these physicians for medical treatment, they don’t seem to care at all about patients.

This office has always been accommodating to my every need. After being in the hospital for 45 days getting a follow up appointment was very easy! The staff here are easy to talk to and I feel like they listen to everything I say… Taking into consideration how I am feeling and moving forward with the appointment. The doctors here are always very kind, caring, and always willing to try new things to get you a better recovery outcome!
