First, I completely agree with S R. and Gina F. They have not performed to a level satisfactory to their specialty.
Second, their communication is almost useless. I’ve been trying to schedule a winterization with them for the past couple of weeks and they have continuously not called me back, despite their assurance they would.
I did use them once, however, to perform backflow testing earlier this year. I waited a month before they finally billed me, which came in the form of a email requesting a Paypal payment. I find this unusual because all other subcontractors just mail me an invoice less than a week after work.
As for their work, during a routine backflow testing of a three-​year-​old residence, they replaced a broken backflow valve, which, in total, cost $ 400.
