Pizza Hut

Sent in my online order at 5:45pm. After I purchased what I wanted it told me that it would be delivered at 7:04. I decided that it would be ok to wait. I called to find out where my order was at 7:35 and they told me they were sorry, but they were busy and I should only have to wait another 15 minutes (the driver had already left). I am writing this over 35 min later after that call and still no pizza. Tried calling to cancel it only to either get hung up on or a busy signal. I will never order from pizza hut again. I had also signed up to receive coupons by email and when I would try to use them they would never work. This company has definitely gone down hill over the years.

DONT DO IT! No matter how badly you are craving pizza, stay away from this location. I’ve ordered pizza from this location 3 times over the past year and each time, it has gotten worse. First time wasn’t terrible but the deliver was delayed and the pizza wasn’t fresh. Second time, I ordered carry out and went to the actual location and it was absolutely horrid. There were employees smoking directly outside the front entrance and the facility was just gross all around. The third and final time was just 3 days ago. I ordered pizza for a few friends who were over and they demanded Pizza Hut. I ordered online and after placing my order, the website said it would be an estimated delivery time of over 3.5 hours. I called the location to see if there was some kind of error and the associate said that one of the drivers went home and they were short staffed. He was very apologetic and polite and assured that he would cancel the order and refund the charge. 2 days later, there is still a charge on my card and no refund. I called yesterday and the associate said his manager wasn’t available and I should try back the next morning. I called this morning and a different associate said he didn’t know what to do but I should try calling again later when a manager is around.
I like Pizza Hut pizza but I will never again order from this location again. If you need further validation of how gross this place is, read other reviews. As far as their customer service goes, they are downright shady.

This review only gets 3 stars because the employees were really nice.
I ordered salted pretzel crust and the pizza didn’t come with it, it was room temp, delivered 2 hours after I ordered it, undercooked dough and hardly any toppings.

Some friendly guys working here. They messed up my order, but the customer service to make it up to me made it better.

Second time I’ve used them. Second time I’m saying I’ll never buy from them again… Well over an hour to get here. Took 12 minutes over the phone to even make the order. The physical coupons are a lie. I called to use them, and at the end of the order that took 12 minutes, they tell me they’re useless and void even though I just got them. I feel bad saying I had a negative experience… But the weak must die, or get better… I literally can not… Literally, can not. But! Two free water bottles and got the order right! So 4 stars.

Ordered a pizza at 3pm on a Saturday. Was given a delivery time of 4:37pm (which you don’t see until you complete the order).
I called the restaurant at 5:00pm to check on the order, which hadn’t arrived, and was told the delivery person had left 20 minutes ago and the pizza should be arriving soon. Pizza arrived at 5:25, room temperature.
The pizza tasted like cheese on undercooked dough, with a hardly a hint of sauce.
Unpleasant experience all around.

Two large pizzas delivered for 20 bucks with tax tip and delivery fee using VISA card offer, not a bad deal. Pizza took 1.25 hours to be delivered during game which is long but acceptable. The delivery girl was very kind and friendly and pizza was consistent with what Pizza Hut is. Really no complaints. Great delivery service, decent pizza and fair price.

This Pizza Hut location just can’t seem to get it right. Either they forget the crust flavoring (multiple times), they forget your $ 0.50 dips, or they forget to deliver your pizza (I waited almost 3 hours one time). I even called after placing my order online just to make sure nothing got screwed up, and they still messed the order up. The people who run this location and the people who constantly mess up my order should be replaced with competent people who can get a pizza order right. My experiences at this location have made me take me business elsewhere. Maybe the many other pizza places in Seattle can get right what this one cannot.

Okay so I know Pizza Hut isn’t the best pizza around but I expected a bit more here.
First off, my order took almost an hour to arrive. They said it would be at my place within 30 minutes. When I tried to call 3 times, no one answered.
Once I got the pizzas they were a complete mess. The dough was undercooked and the cheese wasn’t even melted!!! Talk about disgusting.
I’d recommend never getting pizza from this location. You’d literally be throwing your money in the garbage.

Literally gave me 6 – 8 fries. Pizza was ok but I really got ripped off with the fries

My roommates and myself usually order from this location because of how close it is to our house and have never had issues before until tonight. I ordered online a personal pan pizza, breadsticks and a soda. Was quoted about 45 minutes which I figured was typical for dinner time on a Wednesday. Almost an hour later, no one showed up so I tried to call the store. I spent over 10 minutes trying to get though and my call kept getting disconnected.
Finally after calling another store for help, the delivery driver shows up, a scraggly, unkempt guy with a beard and glasses. I’m not one to complain but this guy was rude and did not even apologize for being late. I inquired as politely as I could about the phone not being answered at the restaurant and he says to me– «your place was really hard to find». At that point, it took me every bit of restraint to not say to him– so it’s my fault you decide to deliver pizzas for a living and don’t know how to GPS directions for a house that’s less than 2 miles away?
He hands me a soggy personal pan pizza and even soggier breadsticks. I let him know I ordered a soda and he asks me– «are you sure?» I’m thinking to myself– Of course I’m sure– I never even drink soda so if I order one, I think I’d know. His answer was– well I can check in the car and if I see it, I’ll bring it back. He goes in his car, half ass looks and drives away.
I called back the store and spoke with the manager, Steve, who was very nice. He offered me a $ 25 credit but due to the horrible taste this pizza and that drivers nasty attitude left in my mouth, I told him I’d rather have my money back and he said he would refund me. Steve and the other delivery guys we’ve had in the past are the only reason I’m giving this place a star. Save your money and get a take and bake from the grocery store if your desperate for some pizza. I rarely break my diet and to have a cheat day and be treated with such disrespect is unacceptable.
UPDATE:
I never received my $ 25 pizza credit or refund even though Steve said I would. Save your money and buy it frozen!!!

I placed an order online on Sunday night at 7:00pm. I was given a two hour wait time! I could understand if it was a busy Friday night… but Sunday. I phoned and canceled my order.

What is wrong with the Pizza Hut in Seattle? When I lived in Portland, the Pizza Hut there was so great that I’ve come to trust the Pizza Hut brand. Then I moved to UW for school, and it’s like the world turned upside down where Domino’s here is way better than Pizza Hut.

1) Ordered pizza online 45 minutes before closing. 2 hours later, my pizza never came. They canceled my pizza, and then emailed me «Sorry you ordered too late. We don’t deliver at this time»
2) Delivery guy calls me «Hey I’m in front». I come out, no one in front of my apartment. I walk out to street, still no one. I call him. «Oh I’m almost there». Pulls up on the street, rolls down the window halfway. IT WAS RAINING. Fumbles around for a minute. «Okay I’m not getting out of the car by the way. You just sign it from out there». Fumbles around for receipt, hands me wrong one. Then takes it back and hand me the «correct» receipt, with no printed place to sign or put gratuity. Super sketchy. «Just sign wherever. And put the gratuitity there». WHAT THE FUCK? Really? Really? You are delivering pizza, tell the customer you are there when you aren’t, and make the customer wait in the rain for you, then roll up, and say «I’m not getting out the car by the way». Then point out «gratuitity there». Screw you guy. You feel entitled to gratuity, and can’t even be a Pizza Man correctly. If you gave yourself a single penny of gratuity on that sketchy «receipt»…
You don’t even have the work ethic to be a proper pizza man. The rudeness goes beyond customer service. You don’t lie to someone that you are there, make them wait in the rain, then say «I’m not going to get out of the car» while you sit there and let the customer stand there. Good luck with life pathetic loser, seriously. You aren’t going to be able to hold your job as a pizza delivery person, so good luck getting anywhere in life.

Horrid! Waited over an hour for food that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for just as long as I had waited. Already upset about having to add an item I didn’t really want (their waffle fries) so I could meet their new minimum, they were barely warm and so chewy I had to spit it out and thew them away! $ 20 for a few edible pieces of food for myself is a total crock of you know what. The driver got lost even though I put specific instructions on the address… he even said «yeah I totally went to the…» and I just stared in disbelief that he’d admit to not paying attention to the address and clear instructions… never again!
Wow, just looked at past reviews and apparently forgot I already made a very long angry review a few years back. Lol. When will I learn? Anyone up for pizza hut?

This Pizza Hut is why Dominos will always get my money now.
I usually wouldn’t waste my time reviewing large chain outlets as they all don’t vary too much location by location. This Pizza Hut sadly is the crappy outlier to an already «how badly can you really screw this up?» chain.
Had coupon after a long day, decided why not? I knew what I was going to be getting for 20 or so dollars. Boy was I wrong! Opted for delivery with expected 40 minute wait. At about 50 minutes after I call and ask where my pizza is, they likely completely forgot. They said it will be done shortly and go out the door in less than 10. Not even a sorry or any attempt to make it better. Pizza comes 1.5+ hours after ordering and it was a joke.
Only about 80% had enough cheese to cover what sauce was there. Maybe 1 piece of pepperoni/​slice. Was practically bread with sauce.

How is this location still in business? Took an hour and a half to get a large pizza.

I had a coupon. My kitchen is inoperable due to a remodel. I’m sick of all the restaurants nearby.
Big mistake. 90 minutes after I ordered, the driver dropped off a cold, soggy pizza. I should have known better, given that Pagliaccii’s is close. NEVER again.

Waited over two hours for our pizza just to get a call past the delivery time letting us know they ran out of ingredients.
What a joke. Deal with the management.

Waited for about 10 minutes and no one greet me at the counter. Tried to talk to a staff who came to the counter and he said «yeah we are cutting the pizza now» and walked straight back to the kitchen. Was thinking of getting a mushroom soup and it’s not available at the menu anyway. Bad attitude, wouldn’t come back.

Walked in, a man was standing near the counter but he didn’t greet me, i waited about a minute until i tried to talk to him. He was counting something but he still ignored me so I walked out-​I didn’t want that crappy greasy pizza anyways.
Also never go inside!!! there is absolutely nothing in there-​just looks really ghetto.
