Peter Stoner Architects

We have spent the last 4 months working closely withe Mark at Stoner Architects to open our cocktail lounge in Belltown. We were tasked with the arduous process of turning our residential space into a commercial space. This required more than we were able to handle on our own — in came Mark and Peter Stoner Architects.
Mark was amazing to work with — professional, kind, incredibly knowledgeable about commercial spaces and city requirements. Working with several different city departments is both confusing and frustrating — Stoner Architects handled every-​single aspect and made the process easy (a nearly impossible task!). Mark presented us with creative ideas for our build-​out and cost effective solutions (he even helped with decorating ideas). He was able to ease our fears and anxiety surrounding inspections and complicated blue prints.
Mark was efficient and dedicated.
We would, 100%, work with Peter Stoner Architects again. Hopefully, next time, it will be for our dream home!
